Excellent Small town atmosphere and staff! All are very nice always pleasant and happy to help you any way they can! So happy I stepped away from the BIG pharmacies and went with a small one!

This pharmacy is the best thing thats ever happened. We previously were with one of the chain pharmacies that Im sure are good in their own way, but they couldnt even compare to institute hill in friendliness, courtesy, and down right helpfulness. Ive only been there twice now and they know the meds my son needs AND they know our names. I hope I never have to leave this pharmacy.

John and the staff are always polite but there is a woman pharmacist who works there that has a terrible attitude.

The woman pharmacists who works there is incredibly rude. Not the first time I have been treated based on the medication I receive from there.I have gone there for years for my medication and spent hundreds of dollars there. Will no longer.
