Everyone was friendly at the Butler, PA store and willing to help. Make sure you sign up for their free rewards program. I like to buy gift cards from Giant Eagle so I get free gas as I shop at Ulta.

No one offered any help. And I couldnt find what I was looking for.i spent some time in there and was never greeted. it was my first time in ultra beauty. Wont be going back to the one in Indiana.

My stylist, Amanda, always does an excellent job. Shes friendly, knowledgeable, and dies great hair. I have never been disappointed. The service is worth the price.

Ive been to quite a few ultas before, but this one is by far my favorite. I went in lost and confused and needed a purple shampoo for my blonde hair. The sales rep was very nice and helpful, she did not speak down to me. She took the time to explain what products I needed and wasnt pushy about what I needed to buy. She didnt sell me top shelf expensive products either. She showed me every single purple shampoo she had in the store and explained how each one was different.

Love this store. Its nice having a high end beauty store in butler that you dont have to pay a membership fee. They have great deals and staff to help you pick the right thing for yourself or others. The gift pack combos are awesome. And they have mens high end brands too. Prices are reasonable especially with sales and coupons.

This was my 1st time visiting. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed! Billy Anne was so pleasant, knowledgeable and personal - it was like talking with a best friend! She was amazing and made the entire experience memorable!

I get my hair cut 💇 here and she does a great job. Also my initial thoughts on this store was that it was going to be crazy expensive. I was surprised to find out they offer every price range of makeup from $-$$$. 💄 My Cover Girl lipstick was actually even cheaper here than at Walmart 😮.

This store has amazing associates! I was visiting from Canada and there was always someone nearby I could grab if I needed help. I also wasnt aware of the tester policy (youre not supposed to use the wands even on your skin?) so someone came over and explained it to me and didnt have an attitude about it and was very helpful when I couldnt decide between 2 colors :) The free gift with purchase that I was supposed to receive was out of stock, so they gave me a different one which they didnt have to do at all. Overall a great experience for my first Ulta shopping trip!

When they first came to Pittsburgh. I was so excited. I use to drive an hour to get to one of the first stores. Now they are everywhere. The one by me just sucks. No one ever helps you. Even the manager has a holier than tho attitude. Not as thrilled as I use to be.

The associates who work here, for the most part, really know their stuff. The girls who do the waxing at the Brow Bar are highly skilled and nice people. My only issue with the store is that it is smaller than many other Ulta stores so it doesnt stock quite a few products I like.

I have discovered Several Returned & Used items....Resold as NEW!!! Completely used Dry mascara several times. Foundation. Eyeshadows. Etc. It is there policy to repackage & resell.GROSS & Dangerous !!!

The selection is very broad and rather pricey. The stores layout is difficult for me to maneuver through. The staff is not welcoming. They stood around chatting with each other and didnt ask if I needed help. The store is very clean and well maintained. But, I likely wont return. All the stores in this plaza are really great but, Id rather see a Sephora in Ultas place.

People are so friendly and very helpful. I always look forward to going here even if i dont buy anything

I ordered some Christmas items online and when they came, there were broken items in the box. I took the box of broken items into the store and the ladies took care of it! They replaced the broken items with brand new and I left very happy.

My daughter and I had so much fun shopping here today. Girls were so helpful.

I went in to get a cool toned subtle highlight and an ombre. I left with all over highlights in a warm color. I had multiple picture references but the salon girl pushed for highlights. (later I learn that they get paid more for all over color. Go figure.)One week later, Im really hating my hair. Schedule a redo. Mind you, I have been polite the whole time, I tipped the average 20% on a hair style numbered and tried to make the best of it for a week. Im nice to the ladies who call and help reschedule (my job makes it so Im always playing phone tag.)My day off, appoiappointis at 10am. I show up. She called off and nobody notified me. No one. Im getting rescheduled on a redo! I arrived for an appointment to FIX my hair and SHE WASNT THERE!DONT go here. I am so disappointed. Its pricey for what you get, too.
