People are rude as he!! In Butler. Especially the ones who shop here. I feel bad for the employees. The cashier was friendly and did her best. Unfortunately I wont be back :(

Nothing like it used to be. Sad, it used to be a nice store to shop around. You still can find some things but not what you did like 10 years ago. Theyve gotten so expensive over the years. Some of the employees are really helpful, kind, and do their job well, others not so much.

They remodeled the inside and it looks so much better. Their prices on name brand items are great.

Nicer Big Lots store in comparison to others that Ive visited. Lots of furniture and decorations. The staff are very friendly, and the cashier took the time to make sure the Boylans sodas we purchased were individually wrapped to protect them before placing them in the bag at checkout.I would recommend this Big Lots to anyone interested in that kind of store, and Ill definitely return.

They had the charcoal bubbling face mask I saw it online here which is very hard to find! Also day had really awesome Halloween decorations the baby dolls were the best!! Nice furniture also

The store is usually fine, happened to wander in the day after black friday, forgetting it was the day after to find not a single cart in site. Other than items being low, out, or plainly tampered with on the shelf it was about the usual. What I mean by tampered with is sitting open box on shelf. I wont buy anything like that. Clearly they didnt staff well enough to keep an eye on people.

This place has come a long way since it used to be a place youd buy cheap junk. They have food, household items, even mattresses and furniture. The quality to price point is decent.

Since they renovated the place its amazing. Excellent prices, clean and nicely organized. Im honestly surprised this place isnt more popular. I will definitely be coming back.

This is a great place to shop. The new look is nice. The slection is great. The rest restrooms are clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The pricing is reasonable. It is a little hard to notice from the main road but not impossible if you pay attention. I would recommend this place.

My fiance was looking at merchandise to purchase and the manager and her friend went passed us and said, well those things arent working because people keep playing with them, super loud . Well my fiance put it down and we and we didnt buy it. Another worker overheard and was very as polite and apologetic. Which I thank him for that! But the manager should not be a manager

IDK because I havent been inside a Big Lots for quite a few years, but I could swear I remember them having much better deals than this time I went in. Their prices seemed comparable to Walmart, which told me theyre not an original good deal store anymore. Probably something to do with them having to lease larger storefront/s due to the large amount of cheap furniture they stock.👎

The renovations where nice what the prices square not

Big lots used to be the place to go for better prices on staple items. On my most recent visit I walked thru with the walmart app open comparison shopping and walmart beats the prices here in just about every instance.

Might as well go to Wal-Mart. Bigger selection and better prices!!!

Prices have gone up. Home decor can be bought for less anywhere else. Disappointed.
