They replaced a front windshield in the process they dented the hood and caused some scratches in the hood they did pay to fix the dent but there attitude was horrible including the owner pushing on the hood with his elbow saying they could not caused cause the dent we will not be using there service again

I had to replace a window in my house and the window that they put in doesnt fit! I have about an inch gap! I have called and got a run around my mom called also got the run around! Really thinking of turning them into my insurance any suggestions?
