Looking for oil filters for a Polaris Sawtooth. Was told no one had them in stock anywhere. But they could order and would be a month or so before they came in. $11 per filter. I called around Helena and the first shop I called had 16 of them in stock, $4 per filter. Seems theyre more concerned will the with big sales than customer service afterwards.

Bike has been in the shop for over 2 months now for a simple head gasket replacement. Keep claiming that they are waiting for aftermarket parts from Honda to get there. No updates, no calls, no follow up. No answers. Very poor customer service.

I had scheduled preseason service on my ATV at 9:00 in the morning. When I checked it in I was told to be ready in 2 to 3 hours. I returned at 12:30 ask if the machine was ready. I was told they had not started yet. The individual who checked me and had left suddenly and no information have been passed onSo I wasted three and a half hours waiting for service that was never.

I was visiting from out of town and couldn’t believe how nice of a store Redline was! The staff was very friendly and didn’t hesitate to ask if I needed help with anything. I will definitely be stopping in again!

Josh and the guys there were awesome about reccomending a bike for my needs and getting it ready for me to take home! Made the drive from Livingston to buy from them. Would do it again for my next KTM!

Was okay,very informative,but was disappointed to find out that none of the showroom units were for sale.

Honestly the salesman i spoke with wasnt helpful at all, he barely paid any attention to what I was saying and when a friend walked in completely ignored me and walked away. I was in the market to buy a side by side, but after that experience Ill be going to stacks or copper canyon

Why would anyone buy out of town if you make a stop into their store and talk to their friendly staff. Called everywhere for a cheaper price and ended up with a higher price and a fraction of the customer service!

They have a great service department, an awesome salesman, and a friendly accessories salesman. Id rather ride 70 miles to have my bike serviced here than have the local shop in my town service it.

Have only had dealings with parts and the shop. Prices were good and very helpful people. I did price out a new UTV and the price was a bit higher so I went elsewhere. In hind sight, I would have been better off buying locally at Redline to avoid the hassle.

Competent service, despite having booked an appointment shop did not have parts on hand to completed service requested. Hours are limited without afterhours drop-off/pick-up. Regardless, the work that was done was done well.

Sales department was not honest, forgot to submit our order, made promises that he did not keep. Went elsewhere & was satisfying.

Very very small selection of gear. Maybe 7 helmets. No womens gear whatsoever.
