Norco has the best staff for taking care of their customers! I have been going there numerous times for issues with my CPAP and they have been very kind considerate would listen to your issues. They have replaced tubings and machines to make sure you have what you need. I am so happy they are who I have for my issues. I would highly recommend them for anyone with CPAP needs THANK YOU!!

I was billed incorrectly. When I tried to fix it, they never answered the phone or called me back when I left several messages. I guess customer service is a dying art.
