After driving 20 miles to get to Cabot Auto Zone. They gave me the wrong part, even though I had the guy come and look at the engine and showed him what I needed. When I took it back they charged me a 3.00 stocking fee. What a rip off. The staff are nice and polite. Thats why I gave them one ✨.

After years and tens of thousands of dollars Im no longer a customer thanks to the blond older lady manager. Tried to over charge me on a part then ordered a part to pick up later, that she never did order. Next day she denied having any knowledge of the transaction.Thanks for wasting my time.Poor customer service.Being a little apologetic goes a long way

The service was excellent they really know their stuff they found everything for me I didnt have to chase it down if I needed to know where something was all I had to do is theyre really good and easy to get along with their they dont look at you and think they know you try to judge you all in all pretty good store

These guys seem to have a little more extensive knowledge about the products they sell.

Great place to buy auto parts if youre a do it yourself kinda person.but the employess generly dont know jack about mechanics.all they know is how to push buttons on the computer.i mean i know its a job but atleast hire folks that know basic mechanic skills.you are selling auto parts & the average joe asks mechanic related questions.but other than that its a good place.

AutoZone has the best rewards program in the business.. the cabot store is exceptional clean and almost always has the part i need in stock..

Cashier wasnt busy but when asked where the oil was she responded back there well the whole store was back there

I ordered a part and was told it would be there a certain day and went 2 days later to pick it up called twice before going kept getting the run a round when I got there they said they had it and finally looked it up said it was in Memphis, would not recommend this store at all.

Hi, the only complaints I have is some of the customer service. I called to see if a part was ordered and the guy was just being very rude and smarting off. But everyone else that works there is nice.

Always very helpful and do all they can to help you save money. I had to buy a battery today and I have a ruptured disc in my back. They helped me change out the battery because they knew I was in pain. Great people and a great place to do business, thanks Autozone!

Had great service from 1 out of 3 employees. One said I needed expensive tools, but the one guy pulled me to the side and sold me the same things in different sizes for $6.00 instead of $25. He was AWESOME !

Nice representative, but they ordered wrong part that was needed for my car even after I gave the vin # and specifics on what I needed and had to return part to reorder the correct part. I was also told they would contact me when the part was delivered to the store within 2 days and I waited 4 days for the reps to contact me but never did so I went to store to check if part was delivered and it had been 3 days earlier. So they didnt let me know like I was told they would...

I rarely have any luck getting the correct parts here.

I occasionally use Autozone for my needs when I need a part right away. Its not a bad store but its not an excellent store either. There a bit too corporate and have no small town feel or personality. The employees always act as if they wish they werent there...

Depends on whos working. Some are super good, some order the same part for the wrong vehicle twice and refuse to give you a refund even though you literally just picked up the part from them.

Definately a more knowledgeable and courteous staff than most stores ive been too.

Shopped here weekly for years... bought a pair of headlights $64 installed them in the parking lot.. one didnt work!! Went inside to show the manager she said no warranty once installed.. so I guess they have a warranty until they are installed??? Her response was,( did you let them warm up) headlights either work or dont work!! As of 11-6-21 2:10 pm they lost a customer who spent hundreds of dollars a week here.. Ill now will be across the street
