They were super nice and helpful after I got screwed over by a dealership. The man with the beard was awesome and gave me his thoughts and suggestion. Also if you think you want to buy a car go there for 95 dollars you can have peace of mind. Just some advice from your friendly neighborhood Bgglz.

Would not go to this place it’s a joke and only reason they r rated with 4 stars is cuzz they make the employees make a review took my car in my left it for A MONTH and got it back after paying $2400 for it just for it to break down 2 weeks later and took it back bc they obviously didn’t fix it the first time and they wouldn’t do anything about it so now I’m without that car and $2400…. Took over a month to put a engine in my car after they said it would take two weeks. Never once updated me even when I called. I had a key to another car inside mine at the time and they took it out sometime while it was at the shop and lost the key and then threatened to “kick my husbands ass”. Refuse to pay for the new key. Also my check engine light came on 50 miles after leaving the shop.

My young daughter recommended this company some years ago and, like her, Ive discovered that they are pleasant, polite, very knowledgeable, and most important of all - honest. Ive taken several of my vehicles to them since then and appreciated it when, on one occasion, Randy recommended that I take my truck to a specialty shop because it needed a rear main seal repair... though he could have done it... but he felt a specialty shop he knew might be able to do it in less time and therefore save us some money. We will continue to be repeat customers.

This place is ok but I’m going to give them a chance to redeem yourself great mechanics but very slow car was there over a week but talked to owner they tend to be a little slow due to car parts but overcharging an elderly man charging him over 2000.00 an vehicle broke down on side of road following week not a good place for an elderly man to be on the side of road broken down !! They can do better than this and I’m hoping they will ! Maybe they will try and get ahold of me you have my number

Randy did great work on my vehicle. I waited a bit but just like any other business they have busy spells. I was able to get info on my car each time I called and ultimately it only cost me $11 for a new engine. Thanks guys!

Had my vehicle worked on here and needed to bring it back to check why there was all of a sudden a drain on the battery that wasnt there before. I spoke with Randy on the phone and told him the issue, that as long as I unhook the battery post when the car is off the battery doesnt die. Problem is not a bad battery or it would die whether it was connected or not. He agreed and told me he would check to see if he could isolate the problem. Pick up my car just now and he tells me that we never had that conversation and that I just need to buy a new battery. Also flat out lied to me saying that he charged the battery this morning and it started right up. If he thought it was the battery and he charged it, then why was the terminal still disconnected? They didnt touch my car, the keys were still in it!! When I asked him if he was really telling me that we didnt have that conversation he just told me to go somewhere else. Ridiculous.

I love this place! They have saved me a lot of money, but not by cutting corners. They fix it right, the 1st time. They have some high tech equipment there that other shops dont have.The owner Brad is retired Air Force, and an awesome guy! My family has been going there for about 10 years and my folks drive in from Conway, because its hard to find such trustworthy and skilled Mechanics. They give Military Discounts too, Great Place!

Love this place!! Staff is very friendly they will go the extra for you, if you need a ride back home no problem they will even come back and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. I have read some of the other reviews it unfortunate that people only post when they are mad or they had to pay for the repairs. For some reason people think car repairs should be free but the mechanics have to have knowledge is so may area of so many vehicles it not like the car can talk. To continue 30 years. He looked on his computer to find his shop turned me down before i went to landers. He put me on short hold, claimed an emergency on his boss and promised a call back. That of course didnt happen and i was told long and short landetslwasnt his fault and he didntdiwant my business. *** Mr Auto Pro got more than he was looking for when he called. I apologized the whole time but wasnt going for excuse after excuse on why legality excuses a thief and business practice that keeps Arkansas barefoot and pregnant. Call that me. FINDING OUT HE WAS GOING TO WORK TO GET ME APPROVED AND THEN BLAMING ME IN HIS DECISION TOFIND AN EASIER SALE...YOU ARE AS LOW A COTTONMOUTH LIKE LANDERS..JUST NOT SNEAKY ENOUGH TO WORK THERE

Have had shade tree mechanics do a better job. Was charged and exorbitant amount of money for a brake job and 2 days after repair was completed the brake fluid was leaking again. The estimated cost of the work was $366 final cost when we picked it up was $810! Im crushed that after spending so much money, I still cant drive my vehicle.
