Ran over something on the interstate and car was dripping a clear fluid. Called about appointment and was told they could look at it immediately, but may not be able to fix it immediately. Took it right over and 15 minutes later was asked to come back and look at it with them. Car was apparently dripping water that had been pooling on the plastic under the bumper, so no leak! They were fast, honest, and extremely polite. Had my oil changed while since I was there, and with the coupon I was given it was within $5 to $10 bucks of what Id have spent at Walmart.

Let me start by saying that I have found in this day and age, most companies dont know the first thing about customer service. Eads Automotive is most certainly an exception . Eads never does any work without authorization, but they will look at things and make recommendations, which is so important for planning maintenance. The prices are always fair, with the final price being pretty darned close to the quote, if you ask for a quote. They always make sure the issue is resolved, and if not, will fix it to your satisfaction. I cannot recommend any place over Eads. You will ALWAYS get quality service from this business.

They came to my job to look at my vehicle and went way out the way to make sure i was happy. Even offered to give me a ride back to work and to pick me up after being fixed to get me back to my vehicle. Also i get text messages from them afterwards asking if my vehicle is doing good. Very great service. They are very busy sometimes due to the good work they offer so be patient because they will take good care of you.

I drive an older vehicle, so does my child. I have complete trust that Eads will keep us safe on the road. I also have complete confidence that they will not run up extraneous charges. They will give you a true picture of how long the work will take and will stay on schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Beware they took the timing components off and wouldnt put it back together. Because they said it wasnt worth fixing. Worst customer service and very expensive.

Just traveling through and had to stop in to get something checked out. Everyone was great. The only problem was they couldnt figure out was what wrong with my van. They really did try. And it made it to where we were going 300 miles from there.so I guess just a fluke. But a great shop. AAA approved as well. You get 10% of labor and parts if you have AAA.

Always a pleasure Terry always picks up my car and returned it to me theyre always very nice and pleasant and I have no complaints on their work. I have referred my daughter and my son-in-law I feel safe sending their vehicle there and their prices are as reasonable as they can afford to be. Moved here bout two years ago and needed to fix my vehicle from just normal wear and tear. I normally fix my own stuff when the time comes but this fix was something I couldnt do on my own. Heard from a family member about Eads and how they were pretty good at what they do and at a fair price. Was not disappointed at all. They fixed my vehicle and even told me about other stuff that needed fixed soon. Stuff I could do myself. Found myself a new go to mechanic when I dont have the know how or tools. Eads is an awesome place to go for anything you need on your vehicle. If they make a mistake, which is rare, they always make it right. I have taken my car to other places, and always regret it, but Eads I never regret taking it there.

This place couldnt diagnose an electrical problem on THREE tries, yet charged me full rate each time. On the third visit, Terry Eads insinuated I was the problem, and I should go elsewhere. He basically ripped me off three times and never fixed the problem. One star rating which is two more than he deserves.

I appreciate so many attributes of Eads Automotive, first of all being quality. At first, I was rather put off by the prices (which, by the way, are NOT at all extreme and actually are competitive), but you know, the automotive service, the customer service, and the downright honesty is just absolutely worth it - and their service warranty cannot be beat. And to top it off, they are awesomely nice people. I will not only continue to trust them with my vehicle, but I do and will continue to recommend them at every opportunity.

I took my 2001 Jaguar to Eads Automotive to have my vehicle checked and to have my front end repaired. Mr. Eads and his son provided outstanding customer service and explained every aspect of what they would do to check my vehicle and repair my front end. Eads automotive provided a comprehensive check of my vehicle and an itemized estimate of the cost of the repairs. I felt the cost was fair and I did not feel like Eads automotive was unethical.Once, I picked up my vehicle and checked the repairs, I was completely satisfied. Additionally, the work on the front end of my car came with a 30 month, 30,000 mile warranty. I highly recommend Eads Automotive. Its great to find a car repair shop that you can trust to repair what needs to be repaired for a fair price.

My car died. I suspected the battery, but EADS also found alternator issues and gave me a quote. I left the car, and the next morning they called to say they put in a new battery, rechecked the alternator and did not believe I needed a new alternator at this time. I am impressed with EADS quickness to deal with my car problem, with their pricing and with their integrity!

Took in our car for an inspection we were very satisfied with their service. They treated us well and explained things clearly. They also sent us a digital report with pictures and description of everything done.

Reflections dropped my truck off at Eads to get alignment done after an accident. Was told I needed parts for alignment and was told by owner that labor to install parts was $80. After I bought parts and brought them in, the owner wouldnt let me pay for the labor. Why? Well got a bill later for $120 in labor. When I called them about it the owner said because I didnt buy the parts from him he had to jack up the labor so he could make money. So... I find the parts for $90 less then they want to charge, the exact same parts, and now they change the labor charge without my permission or notification to $120! Way to stick it to hard working veterans trying to stretch a dollar. Lets change the price for the same job by %50. I will never do business with them again and Ill also make sure my truck never makes its way back to Eads from any other business as well. They need to take down their We support vets sign also. Seems they change the price a lot, I read in other reviews.

I didnt feel at all welcome there due to the judgemental nature of the owner, and I also felt like he was intentionally offering me a bad deal (ripoff) because he didnt like my looks.I went elsewhere and saved a lot of money and felt a lot better about my transaction.

I have an old, high mileage car and these are just the kind of honest guys I feel I can trust to help me keep it running without trying to fix unnecessary issues. This shop and everyone that works here is Amazing! Without them I dont know what I wouldve done.First off, my truck broke down about 23 miles out from there location off of I-40. I called them from there and Josh was nothing but a nice and honest. He called me back within minutes with a quote on the repair. My insurance company towed it in to their shop and in 15 minutes being at the, we had an exact estimate in our hands. The mechanic in the back was honest and helpful explaining the situation and what not. They were closing for the day so we locked it up and not being from here, we had to find a place to stay and find a ride. Well every employee at this shop checked on us and made sure we were OK and if we needed a ride they would give us one. Well the owner himself, Terry gave us a ride to a nearby inn. He even walked in with us to make sure we had a room before he drove off. Next morning we stopped by the shop with my situation and Terry and everyone there kindly worked with us. They helped us so much and one day I will return the favor.All in all, this shop is nothing but the best. They definitely have their priorities straight and their customer service is amazing. I wish I could do more for them but Im hoping that this review will get the word out bout their shop and that theyre are great people out there in the world still.Thank you so much for all your help and kindness. I live in Alabama and broke down on the interstate. Turns out my trans went out and it was to late to contact the company that built it. They drove me to a hotel and picked me up in the morning. The worked with the trans company and removed the trans and shipped it to them to be rebuilt because it was still under warranty. It took the transmission place several weeks to return it, but Eads never complained about my truck taking up space in their shop. Great people, great shop. Thanks for everything.

Had a appointment to have my air fixed on my car. Mr Eads came to take my car back and took many photos of my plate inside and the front of my car? He never spoke to me at that point. I offered that it had a new compressor and had been serviced by a licensed AC installer and I needed a mechanic to get it to come on. I was told that Eads was a licensed VW mechanic, and I had always used Eads before that was recommended to me from a close family friend who has since passed but was also a friend of Mr Eads (Buck Berryman) All the staff was very nice to me and while they were working on my car Mr.Eads came in complaining about how my car was holding up his other jobs and that I would have to come back another day. He treated me very rude in front of his customers and staff. The staff apologized for how he had treated me so I got in my car and when I drove off I had four codes on my dash came up I called back and they said they would fix it all when I come back. I am sorry but I just cant afford another day for it to get looked at and to be treated so bad. I am hoping to find a shop that can help me fix it. I am disabled and would like to have ac.

Made an appointment a week in advance. Took our vehicle there and after 2 days of not hearing anything we called to check in. The owner said he couldn’t “work us in” and we needed to pick our vehicle up ... leaving us 2 days to figure out how we were going to get the stuff done to our vehicle before I started a lengthy commute to a new job The following Monday. Finally took it somewhere else and will never return here. He was so rude and even hung up on us after telling us to come get our vehicle.

Without a doubt the best experiences Ive had with mechanics!!

I took my 03 Malibu in for a service check-up. Long story short, it ended up costing $1400 to repair a radiator leak (bad hose) and replace a header. They also replaced the thermostat. There have not been any issues since it was serviced. Other than the price, I can’t say that I have any faults with the service. They are polite and friendly.

My experience with EADS Automotive was top notch. The customer service I was provided, blew my expectations out of the water. My vehicle was followed up on close to every hour, by the front counter staff, and I had an update constantly. I was ALWAYS informed about extra work, and my approval was needed to continue said work. Joshua has the customers best interest in mind and is extremely compassionate and communicative. You get what you pay for, and yes, getting my car serviced was a little more than the usual amount, but it was done RIGHT, done THOROUGHLY, and I approved all of the extra service that it needed. I will only take my vehicle to EADS, where all of the mechanics are CERTIFIED.. You will find that in many of the shops around Cabot, they display a certification poster, but when you ask to see credentials, it wont be provided. Additionally, I was not charged when I came in for a quick diagnostic to see why my check engine light came back on. It was in fact, another sensor that had to be replaced... My car is a 2004 Honda Civic SI V-Tech motor and has numerous sensors. I was never misguided,lied to, or taken advantage of at EADS, and for that, I commend and praise them highly. I really hate to say it because I thought I trusted Eads with my vehicle. After this last visit I don’t think I will ever return again. I felt very disrespected. I used to drive from 3 cities away because I thought I would never have such a bad experience with them. So unfortunate to be proved wrong.

Very very slow service. Worked on my car a day and a half to find out the problem and took a full week to get my car back.
