The best Eye Care Center in Cabot. I have been very pleased with the care I have received. He will explain everything about eye test etc. If it’s something you don’t understand, the Dr. Live good the exam where you will know what is going on with your vision. Dr. Living good has all of the top of the line eye care equipment.His staff is very concerned and caring, everyone is always smiling and happy.If anyone is looking for excellent Eye Care, Cabot Family Eye Care is the place to go. You as a patient will be very pleased.They also have an awesome line of designer eye wear. 🙂🙂

Dr. Livengood and his staff are amazing! He listens to my concerns and addresses them with patience and understanding. His staff is always helpful in assisting me picking out frames. Last month, I had an eye emergency and Dr. Livengood fit me into his already packed schedule to make sure I was OK. This office is the prime example of world class customer service! I highly recommend.

I visited to make contact lenses. The nurse, who was in charge of simple interviews and visual acuity tests, responded very kindly. The doctor did the work properly and gave me very good advice on contact lenses. But unfortunately, the contact lenses I ordered will arrive within 10 days, so I was told to make a text message or call and I was waiting for them to arrive. I didnt get any contact after 10 days, and I waited for a few more days thinking that it might be late because I was in the New Year holidays. Ive already paid over $ 380, so Im very worried that I wont receive it, and when I call, its already arrived! And without apologizing, he said, I dont know why someone didnt give you a text message! And blamed someone else for responsibility. I was disappointed with this response and decided to make it different the next time I bought more contact lenses.

This is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. They get you in and out fast and they have awesome workers. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Livingsgood and his staff are THE BEST in eye care! Always friendly and exceptionally proficient.Dr. Livingsgood has a gentle and caring heart. When we first started seeing him- he took extra time and effort to get to know our autistic daughter so that he could better care for her ( he gained my heart in that) . Dr. Livingsgood and His staff are excellent with children and prove each time that they are there for our convenience. He has proven year after year to be an admirable member of our community, and an outstanding physician.

I’m new to the area and decided to try Cabot Family for my eye care needs. I was surprised at how quickly they both scheduled me and how quickly the visit was. Everything seemed pretty informal upon check in, but quick and pleasant. When it came time to try on frames it became a blast. The ladies there were so nice, incredibly helpful and gently honest when it came to certain frames fitting my face. They thought of facial aspects I hadn’t thought of considering, and everyone joined in helping me choose my final pair. When trying them on they all agreed on a pair that suited me perfectly and it happened to be the cheapest pair in my consideration pile so I know they were being honest and patient-centered, not centered on the bottom dollar. Highly recommend this place if you want a quick and thorough exam with a great doctor and fun staff.

Dr. Kevin and Kelsey Livengood are amazing! Everyone there is super sweet and friendly. They got me in quickly and always take good care of me and my family. Not only are they great, they also treat you like family. I have never had a problem and if I do they have always been quick to solve it. I 100% recommend Cabot Family Eye Care.

Dr. Livengood and staff did a great job with the intake process and with my eye exam . The staff was friendly and helpful. They have great equipment and processes and are a great local resource.

Great clinic, always clean, super sweet and friendly staff and Dr Livengood is awesome with the whole family. Our children, ages 2 &11, are treated so well and my husband and I couldnt have asked for a better eye clinic.

I went in for an eye exam, I was told my co-pay would be $0. All good there, but when I go to leave I get charged $40. They pulled the shadiest thing ever. I got tricked into owing them money. Dr. Livengood decided to tell me to put these contacts in. So I did, but he failed to mention that I was going to get charged for following his directions. Shady business practice. I wont recommend him to anyone.To be clear I asked if I would owe anything before the exam ever happened.

Exam went great, doctor very nice and very clear said my eyes are healthy just need readers.Although there was a misunderstanding with my insurance, doctor Livengood cleared everything up and is taking care of it. Thank You and I will see you in the future.
