What a joyful encounter. The guys were so helpful. The service was quick and they even managed to move a sticker over, thus saving me $ by not having to replace. Highly recommend!!

Safelite offers poor value for services unless you have glass coverage included with your insurance. they charge 30-50% more than other providers in area. but for this particular transaction i had to give a 5 star rating. excellent communication. they arrived early. completed job early. and all steps completed online and they handled all steps of the claim. as long as i have glass covered on insurance i will use again.

I have had two windshields replaced there now they have been very accommodating both times even if their was a problem they took care of it I definitely recommend them thanks guys for all your help

I scheduled online and then was informed by my insurance I needed to go through them...a quick 3 way phone call and all was set. When my original appointment day/time wasnt going to work, I made a quick text (in response to my appt. text) after hours I might add, and got a quick response that it was no problem to reschedule. They contacted me back with a new appointment; they came as scheduled with a call ahead. Work was done perfectly.

Great Experience! I do not normally take time to write these kinds of reviews, but Safelite was quick, helpful, and friendly! I called the day after my windshield cracked and I was only in town for a short window of time. Safelite got me in immediately and within 35-45 minutes my windshield was fixed, my floorboards were vacuumed, and my exterior windows were cleaned! I was extremely satisfied with the work (Marks work).

I recently had my front windshield replaced after a stone hit it on the highway. the Safelite people were so wonderful about getting me in as soon as possible and taking care of everything. I got reminders via e-mail and text, the technician treated me like and equal instead of a dumb woman that they could be really rude to an patronize. This negative treatment by other service people caused me to really appreciate how thoughtful and caring the Safelite service people are. I will never go anywhere else again for glass service.

Awesome experience the technician was swamped but he busted through and got everyone taken care of. Cant wait until my glass install they need to give my technician a raise he is an asset to your company!

The lady at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. The gentle man fixed the back window in an hour. Then explained everything thoroughly.

Just had my windshield replaced by Brett.. he did a fantastic job and was very quick. Id highly recommend safelite to anyone needing their windshield or any auto glass repaired or replaced.
