The staff and quality of care at Cadillac Automotive are beyond compare. From the moment they took our call to the time I was driving safely again they took every opportunity to go above and beyond. We were unsure of the issue but they arassured me that if I arrived early theyd be able to do their best to get me fully cared for that same day. I arrived and even prior to their opening hours was greeted warmly and was quickly getting my issues diagnosed. They were professional and kind in every way. I feel that I was given top notch service for a fair price and drove away feeling confident in the money well spent. Every single staff member was courteous and went about their work with confidence. You could tell they all worked well together and loved what they did. I highly recommend going here and will be doing so myself in for any vehicle need.

These are great people. Very straightforward and honest. They took their time diagnosing our truck to make sure they gave us the right information before telling us what was wrong. We decided against fixing it since it costs more than the truck is worth. They normally charge a diagnosis fee and they even waived it for us because of the frustrating circumstances. We will definitely be going back for any issues with our vehicles in the future and routine maintenance.

While driving, we suddenly got an alert that our oil level was low. Stopped in here without an appointment and they were able to accommodate us right away. Sure enough, our oil was about a quart below where it should be. They were very friendly, professional and easy to work with. I felt very well taken care of and would definitely stop here again.

Some mechanics might take advantage of a customer who doesnt know anything about cars..this is NOT the case at Cadillac Automotive. They even go so far as to take me into the garage and show me what needs to be done. Appointments are usually made within a week. Prices are fair. All the guys are honest, fun to be around, polite and respectful. I bring all my vehicles here for work. My only negative comment would be the waiting area..it could be a little cleaner with more comfortable seating. Other than that, 5 stars!!! Hope this business stays around for a long time.
