Made an appointment for transmission maintenance a week out; told them vehicle, year, engine size. A hour after I dropped it off Midas called to tell me they didnt have the parts. Tried to gaslight me a couple of times on why they dropped the ball. Had service done later that day. No apology, no discount for the inconvenience.

Went in for what I thought was going to be an easy fix. It turned out I needed way more than I thought. Their mechanic (Mike) went out of his way to have my truck done way before he promised it and I ended up needing $1,600 worth of repairs. It was nice to walk out of there satisfied and not feeling like I just got hosed. I need more work done. With the quality service like I received I’ll be back again. Very pleased.

Clean facilities..just wish it had better drink accessibilities for the players. They need to expand the bar and eating area.

Got my brakes done here and a little extra work was required, they were happy to help out and gave a lifetime warranty on the brake pads.

I called at 4pm and they were able to install my tires before they closed at 5:30, regardless of the fact that I had not purchased them from Midas. Altogether decent price, and they did a good job. I would recommend to anyone.

I have a 2013 Chevy sonic. I needed oil change, plugs and ignition coil replaced. Literally two bolts on top of the motor and 4 spark plugs. They quoted me $530..... complete ripoff for a $210(including $60 oil change+labor)worth of parts and not even a ten minute job! DO NOT GO HERE! (UPDATED: the oil mileage sticker in my car was not correct says car was at 123,xxx. My car was at 120,000. Oil was spilled all down my motor an radiator. I don’t know how all that is even possible.) I never complain ever. I usually grit my teeth an bare it. But this is totally unacceptable

Hello my name is Rob owner of R sounds and security I have a business in Novi Michigan I drove my fiance here to Cadillac to get some doctors advice and on the way here are new vehicle began to wander on the freeway. Lori and I looked in the surrounding areas of her doctor to see if there was somewhere we could have it inspected and to get a front-end alignment we called to Prior places that were a little closer and I was told they couldnt get me in for 2 days so thirdly we called Dave here at Midas said it be fine to drop her off as I was only 3 minutes away from his location and he told me he would get me right in.As Im standing here and is waiting room he is showing me that a brand new ball joint on the front end of my Chevy Blazer the previous mechanic had left the bolt loose and the ball joints was just bouncing around.He is now tightened that ball joint and is doing a front end alignment for me I would definitely return back here and most definitely refer my family and friends here. In the future if I knew I was coming to Cadillac I would definitely call ahead if possible but in my situation I was just fortunate to have called and showed up at the right time my experience here has been a five-star thank you Dave.

We busted our muffler on a family road trip and they helped us back on the road in under 30 mins. Super fast. Great service and very cost friendly. The place to go in a pinch.

I called to ask if they put new tires on moped since I use to go back and forth to work and was told no the guy give me attitude that’s 2 places in Cadillac on the service department I called a day before on the other place ( Peterson) in Cadillac and was told yes and I can bring in my moped and drop off and then went there and was told no they don’t put new tires on moped I am still looking now for replacement for two moped tires 😋
