Price seemed high but I havent had my exhaust done since I was 16yrs old. They made sure the exhaust tip was where I wanted it. After he installed it he started up the truck to make sure nothing was leaking.

The manager came to jump my dead battery in less than 20 minutes for $20, very friendly and helpful!

Went in due to a loose wheel on my vehicle. They couldnt get me in right away but scgeduled me for a hour later. They put my vehicle on the lift and gave me a fair quote for the repairs. While I am still shopping around I have been very happy with the service they have provided me and my family over the years.

Hes good at what he does. But need to set prices and put them up for observation. A time back he quoted me one price for a tire switch over. So the next week I went for another one. 10.00 more this time. Both quotes were from the owner too.

Was told to bring our car in for them to put tires on it at 11:00 AM Monday. We called to confirm, they said they would call us back around 1:00-2:00. At 2:30 we called back to see if we could get in. They said they would call us. Well it is now 6:00 PM and we still HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.

Just had my oil changed at Muffler Man in Cadillac. Advertised $14.95 (to be fair, they did say it would be $17.95 if my vehicle required 5 quarts). When I scheduled appointment, I asked about using blended synthetic oil. I was told the lowest grade oil they use is blended synthetic oil. They started changing my oil, here they came and told me that my vehicle uses “very expensive oil” and it would cost me $59.94. I, like a fool, told them to go ahead. Something didn’t seem kosher, so I got home and looked it up - much to my frustration, I found that one of the biggest myths is that you cannot switch to blended oil once you use full synthetic oil. In addition, Muffler Man put their sticker in the corner of my windshield indicating that the next recommended oil change using the full synthetic oil was in 4,000 miles. Much to my amazement, when you google, the recommended interval for changing full synthetic oil it is 1 year or 10,000-15,000 miles which ever comes first. After looking this information up, I called Muffler Man to express my frustration. Muffler Man told me that I could not switch from full synthetic to blended synthetic without possibly damaging the engine. He did offer to switch the oil out and refund me the difference from what I had paid. However, I just am not comfortable doing that considering the situation. I thought I would share my experience.

My husband dropped his truck off this morning to get his muffler replaced with 367 miles on the trip. When he picked it back up this afternoon it was barely running with 398 miles on the trip. That was an excessive test drive for a muffler replacement. The truck will barely go with the peddle to the floor with a very loud rattle in the motor. When my husband tried to discuss the issue with the owner he was very rude and disrespectful. The owner stated that it ran just fine and to get the F off his property. If you need work done I would highly recommend going somewhere else as they will not take any accountability and provide poor service!

They are always so good and take care of their customers. I dont even care if the cost is more than the surrounding places. I always go here because they are wonderful and hard working people.

Went to Muffler Man for 3 decades because of their prompt courteous service and fair pricing. Last April I went in for a new exhaust and next thing I know theyre asking me how much oil does my truck take! I told them I dont want my oil changed because 3 days before I just did it myself and used $60 dollars worth of Royal Purple full synthetic oil. Too late, already drained out into the waste oil container. They said it would be free so to be nice I also had all new shocks put on all four corners so they could recoup some. They finish the work and I thought things were cool so I paid the fair price. Went to leave and opened my door and noticed the bottom of my door folded under like they lowered it down with the door cracked open onto a service cart. I talked to Jamie the owner and he said it couldnt have happened here as I looked over at the service cart where my truck was in the bay. By this point I was so fed up and just left. Cost me $500 dollars the next week for body work and paint on my door. 30 years of loyalty and recommendations to this place gone with just one visit. Then the exhaust work only lasted about 2 months!

Great service and prices are very reasonable. Ross is head mechanic and I believe manages the shop and he is always there, so you are sure to be taken care of guaranteed. He is a great mechanic with multiple certifications and I go to him every time I need something fixed on a vehicle

Prices are ridiculous he changes them everytime you callHad duals put on a truck with mufflers and tips for $450 called later on to have 7ft of exhaust put on a car he wanted $400

Saturday morning, I realized that my grandchildren´s Montana van was sick. After having the oils checked, I had to accept the reported conclusion that the muffler had a crack in it. My normally preferred mechanic´s place of work was closed, so I took it to the auto doctor James, at Muffler Man. I had the van back within an hour. The cost to repair the van was $25. less than the original quote. In the name of, Jesus; I thank God, for the prompt and honest service of this establishment. Jamie (owner) is great. They offer a very cheap oil change service. While they do the oil change they do a complete safety check and inform you of anything that needs repaired. Anytime he has reccomend having something done I have gotten a second opinion and they have never tried to sell me something i didnt need. Honest, best prices, and friendly service. They even do tires now. Complete car care. I strongly recommend them.

Ill never go back. If they say they will fix something it should be fixed. I should not have to keep going back and have to pay if they did not fix anything. Also if a sign says breaks it should refer to disk Or drum if they are going to charge different prices. Not oh you have drumbreaks that will cost more than what the sign says.

Muffler Man has recently changed owners as Steve decided to retire. Jaimee is the new owner. Ive gone to Muffler Man since 2007 to have my repairs done w/ minimum issues. I dropped off my Suburban to them to have brake work done. Jaimee accepted the car and had me leave my keys on the turn in slip and told me not to worry about signing it. Two days later I called just to get an idea of whats going on, since they hadnt called me. At that point, they informed me I didnt leave my keys. I advised that Jaimee, by name, had told me to leave them on the counter. Jaimee got on the phone and again stated I didnt leave my keys. If that was the case, why hadnt he contacted me? He said he would look for them. I advised him to call me back if he couldnt find them. Definitely going to small claims court if he doesnt find them, definitely will not be using Muffler Man anymore.
