We were just south of Cadillac when we had issues with the secondary clutch on one of the sleds in our group this weekend. Found Martin Powersports on Google so we rode the sled there to see if they had parts. Doug looked at the clutch and found that it was beyond repair but reassured us that he was going to do what he could to get us back up and running. He was able to find a used clutch that that needed just a little bit of cleaning and would get us by. While we waiting on the clutch to get cleaned, we saw numerous happy customers come and go out of the shop. I don’t think there was one person who he didn’t know by name. We really appreciated the time he took to help where most places I’ve been to in the past would have seen us as an inconvenience and turned us away.

I work for a dealer in northern indiana one of my customers had fouled spark plugs on his brand new sidewinder. And these folks got him up and running late saturday evening. Great job of taking care of out of towners. Good people

Up in Cadillac for a weeklong snowmobile trip and these guys are great always going out of their way and if we ever need them we can give Them a call 24/7 365, One of their employees sat on the phone for 30 minutes trying to help us find a part in anyway shape or form. All-around a great shop to go to definitely go to them for parts and any maintenance.

Ive been stopping in Martin Powersports just south of Cadillac for years for all the little things Ive needed for my toys. Their usually busy, thats a good sign but I never really got a chance to get to know them. I just took a sled in to get it worked on. Even though it was crowded on a Saturday afternoon, they took the time to talk with me and looked it over and called me the next business day. The truth is, I had my eye on a new snowmobile and they happened to have just what I wanted. The next day Doug Martin called me back and made me a great deal to get me into the new one and out of my old one. Its hard to tell what youre going to get when you walk into a small business and there is a crowd taking up there time. I will tell you, trust them and give them a chance, I did and Im a happy long term customer.

Theyre a bunch of butchers and hacks I took my snowmobile there they had to try to fix it three different times goes to show what kind of experience the public is dealing with wouldnt do business with them if I was having a heart attack and he had a defibrillator on hand dont sell your snowmobile to him either he will offer you crap for it dont understand how hes still in business
