Cadillac Stone has it all.Great product selection, super duper sales reps, all around advice and direction through the process of preparing for counter top installation.My installation is happening on Nov.3 and Cadillac Cut Stone and affiliates have been patient with this first timer getting this important remodeling job done.I can hardly wait.Will report back after final installation but am confident that they will earn a final A+ rating.

I would never recommend this company. There were a couple of things early on that I was disappointed about, but didnt complain. What has really pushed me over the edge is their lack or avoidance of service for a buying customer. When I bought my 2 slabs of granite, I was not told that this particular color was a little on the soft side: therefore, I have scratches that need repair, and it needs to be resealed. I have called them over 5 times (over a 2 year period) trying to get someone here to do this. They say they will get back to me when they are coming to my area. Never have. There seems to be NO customer service. Now they are suggesting that I call a couple of different granite shops closer to my area to see if they can do something. Or I can call a repair person who lives far enough away so he will charge at least $200 just to get here. I realize these granite places are swamped now due to Covid, but I contacted Cadillac Cut Stone way before Covid.

We had kitchen countertops installed from Cadillac Cut Stone and it was an awesome experience from beginning to end! We have never worked with them before and just happened to be working in the area and stopped in. We gave them our plans and received a quote a day later. Cadillac Stone then came out to do templates and they were again great to work with and very knowledgeable! We have a huge island with posts on all 4 corners that we wanted cut special and in one piece and it turned amazing! The installers were awesome and very efficient. We assumed it would be an all day install but they were in and out in just few hours! They did an absolute beautiful job! We are always concerned about seams and unless you point it out you can barely see it ! Would highly recommend this business and would absolutely use them again! Thank you everyone at Cadillac Stone for a job well done!!!!!

I was given a price for a remnant, over the phone. When we got our written cost it was twice as much as I was told. They could be more informative when called for estimates. We ended up driving 2 hours 2 times because of their inept phone information.

Ryan, Jen and the whole team at Cad Cut Stone were nothing short of amazing. From the first visit (and the many visits thereafter) while we chose the various counter tops for our new home, they were patient, knowledgeable and most of all professional. The install came in earlier than they had projected, the workmanship was first cabin and we have had nothing but great comments from our friends. We already recommended them to our friends in Traverse City who are using them as well. And they will be doing our basement project soon! Top drawer!

The whole crew at Cadillac Cut Stone were amazing! We had counter tops put in our kitchen and they are beautiful. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. We will be working with them again.

I have been both a vendor and a customer of Cadillac Cut Stone for over 10 years. Theyve maintained the largest on-site selection of materials with excellent start to finish services throughout that ten years. Theyre a clear choice in my opinion.

Not impressed with this place at all! Our first impression was great until it took days for a quote and we had to keep following up. Ryan was great to work with but after that it went all down hill. Jennifer is one of the worst customer service people we have ever dealt with. Giving a customer a thumbs up instead of helping them is not professional at all. You lost a sale and we ended up using another company in TC. I know we are a small job and not one of your huge contractors but learn customer service! There is other options out there! Good luck!

Started off well. We were greeted by a salesperson (Tiffany Traynor). She was pleasant and knowledgeable. However, after filling out our order and being told we would receive our quote in a few days, we then waited another week . My husband called and was told that our quote was ready it just needed to be typed up.Imagine our surprise when we awoke this morning to a tv spot on Cadillac Cut Stone.
