Pretty cool place. Havent been in before but the prices seem a lot better than other spots. Got a ton of pellets at a fair price. I like the pro pellet, seems to burn better and longer. They have goat food cheaper than what I was getting it for. Think I found my new spot. Nice clean store, friendly folks workin there. Thanks.

Even though they arent my main feed supply store for the farm, every visit I do make they have always been well stocked and had the feed or other items I needed. Wide variety of birds in the spring as well, great place to pick some up!

Black Friday afternoon. No prices on many things. Decided the wait was not worth the unmarked items. Also had several people working the service desk but 2 individuals wouldnt acknowledge that I needed their help at the weapon counter. Lady that I finally got her attention was very helpful & knowledgeable.

Was a decent store. Seems to have gone down hill. Alot of school age employees, not very knowledgeable, and service has become quiet rude.

Good service. Selection varies. Seasonal items seem to be done before the season youd buy them in is upon us. Like the firearm availability here.

They have a nice selection at this store and almost always have what I need. However I do feel like the customer service workers there are pretty aloof. There was am excellent younger lady who used to help me but I havent seen her around there in a while. Thats too bad her type of customer service kept me coming back time and again.

I went into this store for the first time a couple of years ago to buy pellets for my pellet stove when everybody else around was sold out. Not only did they have pellets available for me to take home that day, they also were able to order more for me, by the ton. Very competitive pricing and knowledgeable staff.

They have a wide assortment of products. Farm equipment, farm animal feed, equipment, fencing, pet food, automotive products and services. Ive had wonderful experience with customer service. Ive used online shopping and pick up, that worked well.

It is really rough getting customer service in this location regularly. Once you find someone they are pretty good and try hard. Not enough employees? The store is clean, but being visually and physically impaired plus the lack of personnel tends to keep me away. Also prices are very difficult to locate and are not consistently placed. I dont like toting things to the front to get prices!

Gift card buyers beware!!!! Do not purchase gift cards! For Christmas last year, my dad bought me 2 $50 gift cards from Family Farm & Home. I dont normally buy things from this store but I do have a pellet stove so I decided to use my gift cards to buy pellets. I have used both of them at different FFH stores (mainly Alma) and they worked just fine. I decided to use my remaining balance of 19.04 on one and $34 on the other, on 10 bags of pellets. The first gift card worked no problem, the second one kept reading card read error. The cashier said there wasnt anything she could do. There is a number on the back of every gift card but she said she couldnt type anything in. I asked to speak to a manager but the not very friendly cashier said she was on a fork lift and refused to call her. I have never had such rude service any where. All I wanted to do was use up my gift card. I wanted to wait for the manager but the cashier, growing very impatient, made me very uncomfortable so my fiance paid the remaining balance, apologize to the other customers for the wait and we left the store. I will never be back.

I went out to find flowers for my gardens and Family Farm & Home had such a great selection I was very pleased! I needed help selecting the correct plants that would work with my areas and they knew exactly which ones would grow the best for me! Thank you Family Farm & Home.

Family farm and home is a place you can get most farm supplies, from feed to electric fences to parts for your tractor or log splitter. Unlike Tractor Supply the people at Family Farm and Home make an effort to have someone on the floor to assist the customers in their needs. In this day and age when companies try to run a business with as few people as possible, Family Farm and Home still goes above and beyond in customer service

Great selection of tools and workwear

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices keep going up even though it seems nothing should or has caused feed prices to rise. We started raising poultry 3 years ago at which time layer feed and scratch grain were 6.99 and 5.69 now both are just shy of 10.00 same with the whole and cracked corn that was 3.99 and now its 6.99 and 5.49 this is for the cheapest brand Armana (?sp?) They have since changed the brand name to American sprirt or something like that. I wish there were cheaper alternatives for feed

Great to find out they sold wood pellets. And they deliver. Pellets are the right size. Not 1 and a half inches long and clog the feeder. We will come back for more.

Best place to go for food for pets

Overall I like this store. They have a good variety of items for all different animal care. Stock is inconsistent though, meaning just because you find something there on one trip doesnt mean theyll have it when you run out. Also, some of the managers and most of sales associates need customer service training because they are just rude.

The store in general is filthy. Theres dust on just about every shelf and item. The staff is pretty decent. A couple of them are very rude. They do price match which is the best thing they do there. Their rewards program sucks. I have spent thousands there and I have only received one $5.00 off coupon since they started it and it has a expiration date, so if you dont use it, you lose it, which in my book, is not right at all. With all of the negatives I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Every time I visit this store its a pleasure. Ive had to make various emergency visits over the years and theyve always had what I need. The store is clean and open, the staff is always friendly and helpful! I wish they stocked more smaller workboot sizes but they can order them.
