Always gas good produce and friendly service. I live going here cuz you always know that what youre going to get is good, fresh, and quality. I shop here over any other place in my area Id I can help it.

Great customer service...smaller store..Has everything at reasonable prices.

The store itself was clean and neat. We checked out at the counter and the person behind the counter was rude. I had a $10 certificate from the Council on Aging for me its fruits and or vegetables and she insisted that I needed to buy meat that I couldnt just get the fruits and vegetables and that is not what it said she insisted. Finally I made her understand I think. But there was another customer and you could plainly tell he was having a bad time of it I think he might have been handicapped in some way or another but he was trying to get someone to help him in the self-serve aisle and we said to her will be happy to wait while you go assist him she just ignored us and continue to check us out. As Im going out hes going out Cuts in and swearing and I have to tell you I dont blame him in a way because he was totally ignored by whoever was Staffing that place. I dont know what his problem was but the fact that he was obviously having a hard time with something was obvious and the staff paid absolutely no attention. So maybe if it had been me I might have gone out of there cussing and swearing to.

Very clean and not crowded. Good in store products. Love their donuts and cookies.

Fairly normal store. Around 3:30 pm some things were out of stock. Basically a Kroger store (the self check out had the same interface and sounds, though did not offer a Spanish option.)Average score, and to get in on the sales you need their rewards card.

The shelves were well stocked and I had no trouble finding what I was looking for. I did not have to wait in line to check out and the self service check out was clean and easy to use.

Overly priced.... most times spending 60 or more per meal for family of 4.....but very accessible for being the only grocery store on this side of town those and often carry items other stores dont....

Love this store, its always very clean and the staff is great. Prices not always the best on some items but people do need to remember big box stores has so many other ways (clothing ect) to make money a grocery store only has groceries

They have a western union area and a pharmacy. I happen to know they are very expensive compared to big box stores in our town. I feel this store is a great option for grabbing a few items only and being on the other end of town handy for people and senior citizens living close in housing structures.

Employees were working hard and were kind and helpful. Place was clean. One thing I dont like is you need to carry their card to get the deals.

People were not friendly. Prices were high. 3 employees, at 2 different occasions, congregating and gossiping. Many customers walking by them were ignored. May just have been a bad day, it happens, but it made me uncomfortable. I purchased the target items I needed and left. Also, had an issue with my machine taking change. Again, nobody close to help. I added the extra dollar and left.

Nice small town store. Great selection and friendly staff. Was nice to not have to go to a big box store to get my items. Prices were obviously a tad higher because they arent buying volume like M or W but still worth the trip.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The two main competitors who offer low prices are no cheaper. Family Fare goes one step father with good customer service and recognition.

Hands down worst Family Fare Ive ever been in. Poor selection of everything. Of what they do carry it will be out of stock when you need it. Dingy, out-of-date atmosphere. All around a poor shopping experience.

The Customer service here is great. They have an old fashioned attitude when it comes to there customers. You dont see that many places anymore.

I love Family Fare. I love the fresh salmon, Hebrew Hotdogs, good quality meats, and the usual groceries. Easy in and out and very friendly staff.

Its a bit over priced on things and the bakery and deli are not that great I think the bakery is over priced and its not that great. The store has a good variety of items usually but more than other local stores and watch the register you need a card to save money its free but you need one

I love this supermarket. They are easy to shop in, have good variety of items. Some days better deals than big chains. Have in past gotten packages of meat and another one for half price. Same for frozen fish sometimes.

This store is great. I work in the middle of town and I could either go to a big box stores or family fare... I go to family fare. People are kind and helpful unlike the box stores down the road. Honestly the prices arent bad here either. Meat seems to be better quality than the box store and they have deals where you buy one get one free on pork or beef which is helpful. They also have a lot of in store deals on random products and they end up comparable or even cheaper than the box store down the road. I recommend getting a family fare card. They are free and they give you special deals.

Convenient store but not fully stocked (probably covid related) & the produce is very limited, small in size for the price & often bruised or spoiling. Please fix this--we will pay more for fresh instead of giving it to a box store. Lorrie---you are the best...we hope mgmt appreciates you!!! And the cashier...Dawn, who is well-endowed stop flirting--you are old, un-kept & embarrassing yourself. Our husbands are NOT interested. Please management.....do something about her or we will go North !!

Great for a quick run in, and run out. This is a full grocery store with a pharmacy. They have literally everything you need for food, and I would highly recommend stopping in when trying to avoid enormity of Walmart. The customer service was awesome. You definitely get the hometown welcome when interacting with the employees. A great little grocery store to shop in.

I like goung there everything usually seems to be stocked. There really qrent ever empty isles when ingo. The staffs always nice and helpful.

Just discovered this place and its my new go-to place. People that work there were very friendly and I was so impressed with all of the fresh produce. It was better than Meijers!

Had a lot of issues with checking out today but usually goes well and done quickly.

I only give Family Fare 3 stars for the convenience. I think there normal prices are way to high and its not right since its mostly elderly people that go there because it is conveniently located to them. They do have fairly decent sales for some items, just wish they would lower there prices so people wouldnt feel like they were wasting their money going there.

I like to shop Family Fare because they carry things the others dont. The store is set up nicely with a friendly atmosphere.
