I am very happy with the quality and over all experience we had with Chris Hoffman and Little Valley Homes. Chris responded to my every need all while working in the midst of a pandemic which was quite an experience. I highly recommend LVH for a new manufactured home purchase. They were there for me every step of the way. I love my Up North retreat!

Our experience with little Valley Homes was a very smooth and enjoyable process from Chris in sales who was always there to answer questions and keeping us updated on the process of our home and the crews who did finish work and hook-ups and once we were in our home Chris and the office are still there reaching out and making sure that we know they are there for us. Purchased our home from them. There were constant delays, and lots of surprises throughout the process. Multiple times they were surprised by our local codes and had not budgeted for them when they placed our bid with the bank. Getting the issues with our home fixed was like pulling teeth. Our marriage line is the worst I have ever personally seen in a modular constructed home. They attempted to fix it several times unsuccessfully. You can still see and feel it when walking through our home. Drywall along the marriage line is terrible- crooked, slanted and bowed. They also attempted to fix the drywall several times unsuccessfully. I got the feeling that after they received payment from the bank, they didnt care nearly as much about making sure we were satisfied with our home. I would not recommend purchasing a home through them.

If i could give no stars i would! This place has taken 6 months to get my parents place done, and its still not done! They closed on the building loan last fall and have been given the run around all winter. My mom has since passed away and will never see her new home. Now its the middle of May and theyre still giving excuse after excuse why it isnt there yet. Ive never seen anything like it in my life. I would nor my dad would NEVER refer anyone to use this company.

I would never ever in my life recamend ever. They are so very slow in setting up your home and getting everything hooked up. They drag there feet getting your inspection done,so you can move in to your new home.

We are very happy with our new home from Little Valley Homes. Wanda is exceptionally helpful and Chris is very friendly and worked with us very well. We recommend their business to people we meet. Very happy

Very dissatisfied. Just discovered another plumbing issue where water has been draining into our insulation for a year and a half. Had to fight to get many issues taken care of.

Just stopped in and they have some decent models. Wish there were prices on their site.
