We walked into the store found the lady up front who greeted us when we came to her, immediately helped us told us what we needed to do, scanned our code to print our label and had us on our way in under 5min she was very pleasant and super helpful the entire experience was absolutely wonderful

Not really sure what the ladys name was that helped me today, but she was rude, didnt let me finish a sentence, and basically shooed me on my way. I didnt even get a receipt,, which I wanted. First and last time I will be going there.Forewarning, if you have any questions, dont expect to be able to ask them.If she dislikes her job that much, maybe she should find a new one.

The clerk wears a fishnet mask, making it useless for preventing the transmission of COVID. Its appalling that she has so little regard for her fellow citizens.

Setup a P.O. Box in no time at all, there was an actual adult who knows how to work in charge! A true miracle when dealing with corporations these days.

My husband and I both have visited this store at different times. We always see the same lady behind the counter. She never once says, hi, how are you? Or even cracked a smile. When I first walk into the store and see this lady, I think oh great, not her. She is always in a rush and its like an inconvenience to give you a receipt. Like thats part of your job just do it.

Lori is the very professional. She always greets me with a smile and is very knowledgeable about UPS services. Cadillac is very fortunate to have Lori and the UPS Store available. Lori provides wonderful quality service.

I had never visited this establishment before today but I decided to go to this store because they offer notary services. And my entire experience at this store was horrible! Before I even made it through the door, the blonde female employee literally acted like she didnt want me there at all. She nor the other employee made any attempt to greet me, and neither of them were friendly or approachable. When I informed her of my request, proceeded to go through the notary process so fast that her actions, tone, and body language suggested to me that she didnt want to notarize my document and that she wanted me out of the store as quickly as possible. THEN... after she practically barked $5.00 at me for the notary fee, she ACTUALLY SCOFFED at my request for a receipt!! I could not believe that she had just done that! I did end up getting a receipt but she clearly acted like she didnt want to take the time to get me a receipt. My final thoughts about this store after this disappointing interaction... seek out a different provider.

Updating review: the employee there is amazing. I was frustrated on Saturday because of my long drive just to have the store closed but didn’t realize the hours were adjusted to help their employee. I’m sorry my post made her life difficult. My only intention was to have the hours match online and on the door. I dropped my package off and she was amazing, had a good attitude, and my stop was very quick because she was so efficient at her job.

Been in before a lady didnt like my duct tape wanted to charge me a crazy amount to tape it with clear tape so I went to the dollar tree right up the road and paid a dollar for an entire roll. That was about a year ago.Fast forward to today I had to come in. My husband called for a quote. Im assuming the girl was new and gave him the incorrect information she was busy so a blonde haired lady then decided to check me out and came up with a crazy total. I told her no..my husband called and got a completely different amount and the girl with the black hair agreed with me saying it wasnt the amount I was given... The blonde lady the laughed and acted like we were both stupid and said you didnt really believe it was that amount did you?! While laughing... Well yes I did first off that was the amount quoted and a guy in Big Rapids charges about $3.00. About $1.50 more than my original quote. You are trying to charge me almost $13.00. I ended up leaving and calling my husband. I wasnt going to deal with her rudeness or pay her that crazy amount. So you lost a customer today. Rather than sticking with the original quote price, or even being a decent human being and explain hey she is new or whatever can we negotiate a price (I get people are human and mistakes happen) you instead you laughed in our face and was rude. No thanks. Ill be sure to always take my print business else where. Even if it is in Big Rapids he is friendly, nice and affordable.

Just dropped off a pre-paid package on my way up north. The woman behind the counter was courteous and helpful.

I needed a label printed for a package I was sending out. The lady was not particularly friendly and instead of telling me I couldnt use duct tape (which I didnt know) she just ripped off the duct tape and charged me $2 before I could even say, Ill just take it home and use the correct tape. She then scanned my label on my phone, didnt explain anything and said that my receipt for the package is on the label. Never having used the UPS store I didnt know what she was talking about. She then went on to another customer who also was confused about the process; having already had a label for his package she rather harshly saud, You should have told me that before. He then apologized for not knowing. This woman was harsh, practically rude with not just me but another customer. I felt rushed and confused and felt more like its my fault that she had to deal with me. Im never going here again!

I sometimes drop packages off at this store, workers have always been real nice.

So when ups drops off a package they dont come to the door, they open my truck door up and throw the package in it, without coming to the door of the house first. I dont like anybody opening my doors to my vehicle that I dont know. This has happened more than once and its down right annoying. What happened to coming to the door? Yes we have dogs who happen to be in the house when ups shows up so there is no excuse for this. Just saying!!! My truck is now parked in the garage, lets see what they do now.

The woman I spoke with on the phone was not friendly when I asked for directions to the store. Once I got to the store I paid for them to box my item and pack it in bubble wrap. My item showed up a few days latter to its destination wrapped in paper, in an old reused box, broken into 2 pieces.
