I loved and enjoyed coming here. For a store that is open for more than 10 years or so!! It looked grand opening ready! As a former employee & a current stock holder! I did my share of opening stores…. I found my self here while visiting family in PR. Due to my shower-head breaking at my family’s house. The Young lady that assisted us was awesome. She walked us over to the plumbing department. Stayed with us till the end. I must say that I was in “Awe” The store was gorgeous and everyone was engaging with customers. The atmosphere was so pleasant. Everyone was working and all safety practices were being done! Every Aisle was Grand Opening Ready! Kudos to the Store Manager. I was sorry to see there was no name of the store mgr on the receipt like in the US… just a suggestion : All newly promoted SM should be sent to Caguas HomeDepot. They truly have raised the Bar and have the standards High! Had to leave this comment. Great Job to Caguas PR!!!! Home Depot!!!

When we visited the paint area, Gerson was very helpful with explaining the various benefits of flat paint over semi gloss, as well as the waterproof verses mildew resistance additives. His knowledge and willingness to go forward with extra effort was much appreciated. Eventhough they were extremely busy, he took the additional time to answer our questions and recommend a solution that would fit out needs.Would recommend speaking with him for any paint related questions you may have.

3 stars because there is lack of knowledge on the customer service when comes to know about what they have or what not in store, and believe me or not One of the employees told me to get an item with out paying for it because she didnt know how to scan it on the system, I had to go and find out myself what was the code so she could scan it. Unbelievable. Besides that everythings clean well organized and there is plenty of parking. But they should prepare more their employees.

Love this store, whent to buy some color spray, some paper towel, some pots, all good prices. Did not find any 4 pots, but they always come. Employees are just nice too.

Great store. They have everything you need I would rate 5 stars but last time I went I was treated very rudely by the Cashier Victor. Who claimed that the merchandise I had picked was not for individual sale I had to buy the whole pack which was 60 dollars and the other employees told me to take pictures to show him and he would still say that the employees where wrong. I told him call a manager and he said that there where non available. Very sad customer service for such a good store. This was on 12/05/18 at 4:55pm.

MOST OF THE TIME I FOUND WHAT I WANT. PRICES COULD BE BETTER SOMETIMES. WHEN THEY HAVE SPECIALS SOME OF THEM ARE VERH BENEFICIAL.

I was able to find what I need ed and check out in a decent time frame the only Negative thing is wearing a mask that should not be happening anymore but this is Puerto Rico

Service in Home Depot in Puerto Rico is very bad. It looks like theres not enough personnel or That they are not trained to treat customers well.

Usually its ok. Today I had to wait for around 15 minutes for tool rentas associate to find out they did not rent turf removing equipment, go figure, also, they are missing out on stan by generator sales since they do not bring those to Puerto Rico, too bad, took my money elsewhere...

I found almost everything I needed and the employees were, most of them, very nice and helpful. No line when I got there, although when I was leaving there was a line to enter the store. You dont have to go alone. I didnt see any kids.

It is kind of irresponsable to let your customers get wet while waiting on line to get in the store while your bbqs advertisings are on the halls under cover.

No temperature checks at all,,only hand sanitizer...overcrowded...must review there safety protocols A.S.A.P

Love home depot. Every time I go there I come out with new ideas for my home. This home depot in particular is very welcoming. All there employees treat there customers with respect and with helpful hints that help you on the long run. Its a good location and everything is well put and label so that the customers could go where they have to. I highly recommend this home depot.

Good all to get place, Caguas store is huge. Parking area is always busy. Commercial account preffered. Prices are not as low they means us believe. Must of the time I get what I need. Very convenient business hours.

It is very well known that we are coming out of a pandemic, so my assessment is mostly about how they handled the situation to serve the public. This branch is not customer-oriented, they force customers to stand in a long line, and wait in the sun to get in, and for no reason at all, because inside the same people that waited outside joins all those inside. The entrance controls are only protocol.

Representative Orville Rodriguez is a great customer service person. Very helpful.

Considering the situation with the Covid19 outbreak the service was really fast. Personel are very attentive. Found everything I needed.

It was okay. Did not find what I was looking for. Line to get in. No floor help and the two that I found were very rude.

I always find what I need but, today, I had a big problem trying to get some help in the painting department. No one was there and, when there were some employees, they has a mess with the turn numbers. Its the 1st time that has ever happened, tho.

Kind of disapointed. I just bought a sink and cabinet and the sink has a defect. Next time I will check the merchandise first.

The store is well located. Organization is excelent. Covit 19 safety measures according goverment specifications, well planified at entrance, during buyind and the paying. Both Humacao and Caguas with good inventories. I recomend it. I buy a lawn mover and they give a good orientation.

Placed an order online two days ago wasnt ready so went in and got it from the shelf. Now I will cancel online order.

Because I am from the south of the island and when I go to the store they do not have what I want to buy always is the same I already went 3 times in one month.

Well I couldnt go in,cuz of the corrna virus there was a long line outside,they let people in two at a time of course people need to wear the masks.

The best place to go and get whatever hardware you need, good prices best brands.

There are sweet deals, nice, good quality products, and tools; as well as good employees. I had a nice experience and many of my friends love this store. Be sure to register your email so you may be updated with the offers.

I am highly grateful for them giving me a credit card at Home Depot. I have not only obtained everything I needed because the hurricane damage most of my things even though it also took a part of me and to buy material things has less value in my heart and I value humans animals plants well been more there reasonable prices and highly hard workers friendly employees at the Caguas PR store are taking a smile out of me. Everything you need and more you could find at Home Depot. Was able to find a person on the floor with no problem to help you. And very knowledgeable of the materials and questions. Great place to visit and easy to find.

Everything was well organized, clean and easy to find things your looking for. Has such a wide variety of products and especially tools.

Its always a good option to go there to get the small and big things you need for DYI projects. Good variety lots of different options and best of all great prices. Even do some local hardware stores have lower prices. Home Depot is my first choice. I support local businesses but for a on stop shop Home Depot is my choice just about everytime. I truly recommend this place. And for Dissable veterans with a 30% or more rating you get an additional discount to any sale prices. But local contractors have taken advantage of this and the discount is for certain articles. Plumbing is not on of them.

The store was clean and I was able to find an associate who helped me find what I was looking for quickly. The prices were reasonable. I was able to quickly find what I needed and not waste time.

The Home Depot store, to me is like Victorias Secret to a young woman...I support local or smaller hardware stores but my number one go to place in The Home Depot.

The people were very good and very helpful. We could not find everything we needed to do the job, so a better program of inventory of the products would be very helpful for the costumer, especially for people like me and my wife, who come from Massachusetts to do maintenance to our house, I could not get my V. A. Discount, even though, what I purchased was not for business, it was to do repair in our hpuse.
