My dad bought a 2017 vehicle there, basically we were waiting all day in the sun without even a chair, they delivered the vehicle without washing at 8pm, the tires completely worn out, it did not start because it had the battery terminal “patched” with a screw to make ground, we took it with the promise that they would solve all Monday (this was Saturday) They did NOT deliver any document not even a provisional license, they called and even went to the dealer to look for the license and ask the tires, after several attempts they gave him 2 tires of the 5 that were completely worn, in the end we had an accident in which the vehicle did not brake and skidded due to the wear of the tires, it made several laps (total loss) and did not come out Not 1 single airbag (we are miraculously alive) I understand that they failed in every way. The only good experience we had was the attention of the saleswoman Pamela who was very attentive to us. I do not recommend them at all. F -
