Fast, takes orders correctly, always good. I have no complaints from this Starbucks in specific.

Had a Pumpkin Spice Frappuchino and a cornbread, warm, with butter. Dont know for sure which one is better but, the two combined are the best thing ever!

Went to get some coffee in the drive thru but is was super full. Parked near by and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Fast service excellent coffee.

Same old same old Puerto Rican service that Ill say is slightly better than the average complete lack of it as is common here. Must ask for sweetener as they wont give you any unless u ask. Baffled that in the 21rst century this is the only Starbucks u cant order ahead! Called their number to order coffee for my entire office with no answer ever. Asked at the store how can I order ahead and was told they have a phone in the Managers office but no one can hear it outside, so theres no way to order ahead whatsoever. 🤦🏽

Great service, but... I got a double chic chip Frappuccino and Im pretty sure that they just put ice and choc chips in the blender... It was horrible. The line for the drive thru is an absolute pain.

Filipino culture is known for its hospitality and this Starbucks location is no exception.Its always crowded and the lines are long but the staff make it so much more enjoyable. Always friendly when I come to visit, you are always greeted with a friendly guard who opens the door for you. The staff are always smiling and make sure they prepare your order right. Everyone speaks pretty well English so if youre a foreigner this is a great place to stop in to feel a slice of home away from home.There are plenty of seats inside and out and the facility stays relatively clean. I enjoy visiting this Starbucks!

You always see lines outside the drive thru but they work so quickly you barely even feel it. The baristas are incredibly polite as well!

This is the second time I visited this Starbucks location. The first one was in November because I wanted to taste the pumpkin flavor drink and unfortunately they didnt have it at that time. But I went today because I was close by to order the one for this month and guess what, they didnt have it again. I thing that from all the Starbucks that I have visited in United States and in Puerto Rico, this is the only place that runs out for their drink that they are promoting for the month. Very disappointed. I will never pass by this particular store for my drink, I rather ride extra miles to get what I want.

Great place to get great drinks and snacks, always pack so take your time and unwind on the line because is totally worth it. The staff is always willing to help at any time. I give it a 10 out of 10.👍

Very unprofessional, very unlike Starbucks standards. I forgot to tell her that I wanted non dairy but asked her to please charge me both coffees. She got mad and asked me to pull upfront, waited an unreasonable amount of time, as if they made me wait on purpose. This was Sunday March 21st at 9am.

One word: Slowwwwwww Be patient when you go there because the first thing youll see there is the most largest line ever for a Starbucks drive-thru. The drinks were good and thats why I give them 3 stars.

Ive gone twice already to this location and I must say they took more than 30 mins to prepare my order of; 3 Hazelnut/Caramel/frapuccino and a double smoked sandwich. That was through the drive thru. Now I dont want to put all the blame on them. There are many factors that can affect the services. Early morning, pandemic, low in ingredients, etc. Other than this food was on point.

I love me some Frappuccinos specially for this super hot weather. Theyre about $5 and theyre really refreshing (in my perspective) and theyve been really delicious. I havent been reminded of choice of milk so if you want a type of milk aside from the usual, remember to say it right after your order, or before to be sure. Either way, just dont expect to be reminded.

Toffee nut frappuccino and strawberry frappuccino was good, I like the whip cream they use.

Comfy place to meet withfl frends or family. Also, the staff is very customer oriented and remember your face. Clean and they never been without your fave coffee. Is a must visit!

Starbucks is Starbucks everywhere and everyday! Why I love it? Coffe variety on flavors and categories. Variety on milks for every single person. Regular milk, soya, almond, coconut, cream.....you name it. Always clean. Always organized. Great music. Very comfortable place. Customer service is number one. Great for a quick bite. Or just great for stopping by, get your favorite beverage, hot or cold. Enjoy music and connect your device to their free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot is arraigned so you have to drive past other lines of cars waiting in the way of here. It isnt surprising to wait in traffic in Puerto Rico, yet this was the first time ever for me a line of burgers buyers got in the way of the Starbucks carrot cake.

Servicio rápido y los empleados son siempre amables. The service is fast and the staff members are nice. I tend to always order the bacon gouda sandwich and a grande latte for breakfast :)

They kick out my familly and me before we can get our coffees. My wife still in line paying the food, and a person that is cleaning the tables said we dont have WIFI you need to leave. We wait to get the coffee and leave. No manager to told what happen.

The espresso drinks were the usual quality... But for a week now, there has been no drip coffee. And no repair of the machine Insight. A Starbucks, without the signature Pike Place roast that made it famous. No good with that.
