Its ok if you want to get the part you know you need but if you dont chances are the guy behind counter wont either. Most employees dont know much about cars just know how to type on a computer.

And they unqualified individual trying to help me couldnt refill my blinker fluid if their life depended on it.. what a joke I hate this place

Went in this morning and had great experience ! Above average customer service . The cashier helped me to purchase the right parts and when their store didn’t have it, located the closest location that did have it. I have heard that if u buy a headlight that they will install it for you in which they did for me BUT the lady that helped me went above and beyond and even replaced my rear turn signal light that was out. I was skeptical about even asking because I felt like the headlight was enough but she replaced it no problem no attitude all good vibes. Thanks again

I just left here. I went in for a diagnostic check. They said they lost the machine. Then i said can you check my battery. They said not in the rain. But its not raining. Very crazy. This is the one located at 1687 camp Jackson rd in cahokia. Wouldnt suggest it to anyone.

I went in to get wiper blades, I was greeted, & was helped finding the correct fit for my replacement blades. And believe it or not, the person who helped me, put them on and checked to make sure they were on correctly. Good Job!!

Honestly this Auto Zone isnt the greatest. Always takes a long time to get checked out. I waited five minutes for somebody to help me while one of the employees chatted to his buddy on the phone. Ive walked out before its taken so long. There are far better representations of the store on the other side of the river. I only go to this one because its on my way home but with the wait its faster to go to another one.

I honestly hate autozone because the staff is usually populated clueless retards who kmow as little about cars as they do about what their store sells. This place on the other hand was super helpful when one of my spark plugs went out. Let me use rhe the tools and helped me get it going again. Good job.
