NOT crowded. Electric cart( needed so much today); was available & powered up!! Lovely Day!!

Some staff extremely rude & short. One in particular was so rude when I asked a couple of basic questions on some merchandise, she got angry and snapped and said it’s too much trouble. Well not only did you lose a bunch in potential sales that day (these were high value items), you just lost a customer. I’d rather go 30 minutes out of my way to Target if it means I never have to encounter this unpleasant staff member again.

Its a small Walmart, sort of like a large Dollar General, not a Superstore Walmart. No produce section, but theyve got the basics.

A well organized, pleasant place to shop. I like how the self- check outs are laid out. The front end people were so quick and attentive to the customers. This is refreshing to see.

Tried curbside pickup service. Followed the directions sent to me. Waited over an hour. No response. Went home called the store, was placed on hold for 2 hours, then disconnected. Would not recommend. 👎🏾

They had nothing in the deli or no food really little upset and wanted a sandwich

Have to get your own cart in the parking lot. They never have a disabled riding cart to use.

We always have problems when we go there as far as help me how rude and the staff is. Anytime we decide to go there we got to dedicate an extra half an hour to parking and getting in and out of the store even if we use self-checkout in other words I drive extra 10 minutes to go to a different Walmart I would not suggest

Just as usual. You must ask for help or seek a person for service. They do seem to help without hesitation or attitude.

Went to pick up an item that I purchased on line and found out it was pick up at store only, being Cahokia, Illinois location. Did a curbside pick up, waited and waited, heard nothing. Finally went inside to customer service and showed them I had a curbside pick up. They paged someone and told me to go the garden center, the item being picked up is a toiletries item so explain that to me?Waited and waited again, finally found someone ( employee) in an isle and told them what was going on and they paged someone. After going through 3 employees and multiple pages someone walks up with my item.Well, about all that I blew it off thinking to myself employee shortage I guess with everything going on with covid, not that big a deal.Needed a few items that I picked up in store and went to check out. That’s where I really had a problem and it was with the individual (employee) cashier doing the check out. Hateful, dirty looks, not a pleasant person! If this is the best you can do? I’m sure I’m not the only one that has experienced this person, she is not an asset she is an liability!I never have problems with Walmart on line and I prefer it when I can, their the best! But as far as this store goes, I’ll never shop there again, I’ll drive out of town!

I sure hope that your door greeter Bryant is fired after kicking a puppy who just wanted help. Openly abusing a dog in front of everyone, on the clock! How embarrassing. Good thing 2 ladies came to the rescue to help this poor pup.

Walmart is too busy for me. Oftentimes Im with friends when shopping at Walmart. They do have great prices on sunglasses.

Lol . One of the Biggest jokes in town. Talk about helping the people that they want to help and only them. Went in to cash a check or more simply just add it to my card. No money exchange just take out your fee and put the rest on my card. My Walmart card might I add. But she says money center is closed. The time was 5:57 pm. So I shook my head to go to the next Walmart. And I hear her tell the lady that was behind me. Oh yeah maam I can add money onto your card for you. How much and what card. Lol that place would be better off Closed Down.

RUDE STAFF! I asked for help and the ladies ignored me, they just kept on talking to each other. Went a couple isles down and asked the lady there for what I needed and she told me to find someone else!

Been coming here for years. Staff is generally friendly, but can be under staffed at times. If you need help with something in a specific department as long as someone comes within 5 minutes interactions usually are smooth. If you have to wait longer than that then you might as well come back later.

Very small walmart with not too many friendly people. The cashier kept looking in the cart as if we were trying to steal something.

Everybody love Walmart they have everything

Cahokia Walmarts small but has most things yah need not all grocery items and the checkout is about as quick as a turtle race in February but its ok for your basic shopping list!

For the most part costumer service was good its just the lines are extremely long

Small neighborhood Walmart. Selection not as extensive but nice.

Way to over crowded. Only 3 check out lanes that were each a mile long. Store has no self check outside. And the extra security was a little scary. Will not return here

Hot! Its 98 degrees outside heat index over 100 and this store didnt have the air condition on. The lights were dim and overall it brought my morale down. My intentions were to actually shop but I walked out with just the bare necessities....soap and toothpaste

You can not get any help in this store. You might find someone to ask a question but they sure are not going to help you find anything. They either dont know where item is or your answer may be I dont know. I know everyone is not going to know where everything is but they could try to help you or ask someone they may be able to help you. Normally I dont go to the South County store but I was the area so I there.

I love Walmart just need more working electric 🛒 for the disable!!

Had to ask 3 different people for assistance before someone came to electronics to unlock a case. The lady that finally came was helpful.

So unorganized employees rude.. very rude from the greeter at the door to the cahier in lawn care no can ever answer a question dirty looks rude limes are always long and employees worry about their hair and nails or to busy talking or eating .

I love this store because they have cashiers. No self checkout.

I live downtown STL and was looking for a close Walmart and this one popped up. It took about 15 mins to get there its a smaller Walmart but the staff was very friendly and said hello. Check out was fast they dont have self check out. They have minimal food though but good for getting little stuff. There is a police camera outside so their might be crime in the area but seemed fine when i went there.

Medication is always on time number 1 pick services. Close to 🏡

The selection is good, but unless you wear a small or extra small, you probably wont find much in your size unless you dig and hunt, shelves and racks are. Mess, checkout takes forever, and the secret shoppers follow you around like white on rice.

This store never seems to have the items I need and are always understaffed. A lot of the employees completely lack customer service skills and are very rude. They dont even greet you when you come through just stare at you as if you are bothering them. I guess its okay if you just need to quickly grab a couple items.

This store absolutely sucks! From the workers to the shopping items! Checking out is always a hassle unless youre in the store around 7 am! I drive 15-20 mins to Fairview heights just to shop!

Never enough registers open and never fully stocked. If you go shopping for 5 items at least 2 they wont have. This happens on a regular basis.

Cahokia Walmart us terrible. Waited 20+ minutes for help in sporting goods. People are not friendly at all. Store us dirty. Wont girl back.

This Walmart was nice and clean and the associates were pleasant and helpful. The only complaint I have is that they dont carry hamburger, which I thought was strange. Other than that, this was fine.

Shout out to Don T in Electronics!! I came in a couple weeks ago and he knew his job very well and I was having trouble getting answers and he knew everything I needed to know! I was very impressed. He was super busy with stocking shelves and he was very patient with me. Any questions I had he was on top of it!!!! Please let him know and he deserves a raise and praise. Best Buy and other Walmarts didnt have a clue about what I needed but he did. Please show him this and that man deserves the best. RESPECT!! :) Thank you Don. Sincerely, Danielle.... Friendliness and great customer service

This is a small Walmart. Not a supercenter, I get that, but, its dimly lit, iles are tight and not well organized so it made shopping less convenient.

Only 1 register was open and the line was really long the wait time was ridiculous

For a Ghetto Fabulous hood time with club atmosphere. This is the place, in every isle a fight or a twerk contest could break out between a grandmother and grand daughter at any given moment. I was able to find most items that I came for and the customer service was ok..just ok.

The worst shopping experience Id had in years... Asked 3 associates for help...They called on the intercom... No-one showed up. After 20 minutes... I left. Wont be going back to Cahokia

They have lazy unfriendly employs and they never have stocked shelves ...smh its a sad place

I recently received two 10 percent discount cards from this Walmart with a promo code for an online purchase and they didnt work, and when I took them back to the store they kinda acted like I was lying and said theres nothing we can do for you..

Walmart in Cahokia used to have a lot more items to choose from than they do and theyd have a lot of items that are out of stock

They hardly had anything I was looking for in stock! I used sco the ham I had scanned and tried to scan it twice and alerted the cashier! Instead of the cashier looking at the screen to make sure that I did scan the ham he just assumed it wasnt scanned and tried to scan it twice! I had to tell him that he need look at the screen before assuming cause I only had 1 ham and not 2!! Apparently he wasnt train correctly!!!

Remodel is almost done so it is starting to be stocked and organized again. Long time employees really nice, new ones not so much. Cahokia Walmart employees are much much nicer!!Please get us some Lysol laundry sanitizer!

The store is always juncki, staff not friendly, never enough lines open.

Audio/Video Department is a disgrace to say the least. Nothing stocked up and have the displays were not working. The few times I have been in there is never anyone around to help, why even have the department if it’s not going to be kept up with?

Long lines and no cashiers

This store is a lot smaller than normal super Walmarts, but it has a huge inventory which is why the shelves are high & the aisles are narrow.  I dont come to the store very often, but whenever I go I always find exactly what Im looking for.  The employees seem pleasant & ready to help when needed.  Cashiers are highly proficient & they get you through the line quickly.

On the first visit they were closed at 8: 53 even though the hours on the door said 11:00 p.m.

I found exactly what I was looking for and the checkout was fast.

I certainly spend alot of money here every week. Lol. Im sure everyone does. Its always convenient to get all you need in one place.
