Todd does great work! He was able to schedule me quickly and showed up right on time. All other appliance guys I’ve hired always reschedule and make me wait around for hours. Not Todd! He was very knowledgeable and nice and was able to fix my stove in an hour with one visit. Super impressed. Great pricing too I felt like he was way cheaper then other guys I’ve hired.

My fridge stopped working. I called a different company and they rescheduled twice. I called Todd and he fit us into his schedule. He called to reschedule but luckily for us it was to bump us up to an earlier time slot. He fixed it very quickly. Same day service. He was very professional and cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Todd did an amazing job on my refrigerator! It ad been leaking for about a year and we had just been sealing with it. Todd showed up when he said he would, was professional, and had my fridge fixed in under an hour! Highly recommend!

Is there a “1/2 star” option. Nice gentleman, but didn’t show much concern in being on time, capable of following up, or ensuring an appointment time was set when the parts came in. Had to call him directly several times, I received one message from him, saying he wasn’t able to make it out. If your system is stacked, let them know in advance, they will turn down the work, if they have to remove anything. Sadly, washer is still broke, so I’m not sure newer models are a strong point with Todd.

He has fixed appliances for us, was fast, did thorough work and was greatly priced! Would highly recommend him for any home repairs

We have used Tocheri Appliance Services on several occasions where we thought our appliances were a lost cause, he’s resurrected them everytime. Reasonably priced and excellent customer service, would recommend him in a heartbeat and have done so several times!

Here quickly, repaired and even vacuumed the dryer. Outstanding

Took forever to get a part (under warrenty). Took forever to get it replaced. He said he was ordering another part and will be replacing it as soon as it arrives. That was 8 months ago. Never follows up or returns calls. Warrenty will be up on my appliance next month. Blackfoot appliance referred him to me (where I bought my appliance). Bad referral!
