The store and staff are doing a amazing job they are always helping me with my every need every need I now use family dollar exclusively Albertsons never give me a lot of help like family dollar does please use family dollar and the service you receive their is super go shopping for whatever you need and you will want to shop their all the time.

I enjoy buying my laundry detergents and fabric softeners from here because of the sales and App couponing is great!

Oddly well staffed & friendly employees. As far as family dollar goes, this is a good one.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. The entire staff was extremely rude. They had attitudes the entire time they were helping me INCLUDING the managers. One manager even answered her phone while I was checking out with her. They were screaming across the store for each other and no one could be found because over half the staff was outside smoking and socializing. Overall awful experience. I will never shop there again!!

I went in for a few items, 4/3/2020, when at the cash register, I was asked by the sales clerk if I would like to purchase a candy bar for their contest. I replied no thank you, not today. the clerk asked in a rather loud voice oh, is it because of your teeth? (i wasnt wearing my dentures, for personal reasons). I said no, its because I am diabetic, she replied oh, well I see you splurged on some Cadbury Eggs My reply to her was that they were for my grand daughter for Easter. Her questions were very intrusive and unnecessary. I shouldnt have to explain myself. Not Cool~

Never again will I go to this place two thumbs down terrible service. The woman working there gave me the worst experience of my life....

Cashier was not very friendly. I put separator between my stuff an other customer, and she threw separator back on counter.

Im usually greeted when I walk into this store. They have alot of stock and rarely out of products.

Family Dollar is perfect if youre on an extremely tight budget. The prices are usually more than reasonable and they do have a decent selection of household goods. Its probably not the place youd shop if your well off: but its extremely convenient for those who dont earn the most. Id recommend it for saving money.

Seems like theyre always stocking shelves but I always end up spending more than I should on fun things I find, lol. Good place especially for shopping for gifts.

I love the Family Dollar Store in Caldwell. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is clean.Not so for the parking lot. It is filthy and needs to be resurfaced. It makes for a very unattractive introduction to this place of business. There needs to be waste receptacles on either side of the front door. Stepping out of my car into a dirty diaper isnt very welcoming and tripping on loose gravel caused by too many cars leaking oil over the years isnt good. Leaves and trash are built up in the corners of the lot and the landscaping in front is a mess.You can do better than this Family Dollar!

Recently got some updates. May still be in the process but it seemed like a good change. Good staff.
