Super knowledgeable about printing and shipping only place I will go

This man has the most incredible patience and is so caring towards his customers. I just took my 2 noisy tired kids in there and made a million copies of papers and had him send stuff out. After walking out had to come back in and have something added to my shipment and his customer service was literally above and beyond. Another a very stressful day taking my kids in several adult places they had to behave he was my last stop and I could just burst into tears over his kindness. And this was as he was closing. Thank you so so so much Scott. You are a God send. I have always used this business as my go to for shipping and copies and will continue because of the amazing customer service.

This particular business doesnt even get any stars. But it forced me to give them one star but usually dont leave bad ratings about businesses. Today was the second time I went to this business which I have not even attempted to go to in the last five years because my first experience with the storefront was rude and short! I figured I would try to go back today and give them another opportunity and I received the same experience! Unbelievable! I wont to go to this place ever again! Which is sad because theyre closer to my house than any other shipping place.

Quoted me $60.00 to ship my package via Fedex to the east coast. Purchased a label online via Fedex for $30.00. Overpriced service and a moldy smelling building we can live without.

Ive used this place about 5 times and its good. The girl who works there was very friendly and helped with a lot of boxes I had. Convenient location for me as well.

I would take your packages and services somewhere else. If you are lucky to get one of the ladys working you should get good customer service. The guy (I believe the owner) is extremely rude. If you are dropping off a package with a label he treats you like you are a burden and doesnt respond when thanked. I heard the same thing from multiple friends who had used them in the past. Take your business somewhere where they treat you like a customer.

Oh my gosh!! Purposely wanted to use a mom and pop shipping company... WOW WOW WOW mind blown at how terribly RUDE that human was. Was definitely bullied in school.

The poorest customer service I have ever experienced, no greeting, no acknowledgement, no smile. The owner brings a new dimension to rudeness. I will also be contacting FED EX in regard to the poor level, or should I say,no level of service. I asked the owner for a receipt for the items I dropped off, he looked at me as if I asked to him perform an impossible task and said No, go to another FED EX center to ship your items. I did, I went to the Nampa id location, they gladly gave me a receipt and were very helpful. Save yourself the time and aggravation, go to the Nampa store.

The owner is a complete rude jerk. Don’t own a shipping company if you don’t actually want to ship packages. Seriously! You should NOT be in customer service! You own a shipping company but you don’t want to many packages? Who says that! Don’t bring too many packages on a Monday? Are you freaking kidding me!? YOU’RE A SHIPPING COMPANY!!! You either ship packages for a living, or you don’t. Very very rude! This guy does not deserve your money! Find a different shipping place!

Have used these guys several times for a handful of different kinds of print jobs and they have been very good. The owner always has a solution for us even if he doesnt have the ability to do it in store.

The man that helped me was incredibly RUDE. I will never return there again. I feel sorry for his employees and customers. He should retire if he hates people so much.
