This place is awesome! Great customer service. I had a cross threaded bolt on my valve cover that was also broken these guys worked like hell in order to get it taken care of. They replaced my fuel injectors on my 6.0 and did a great job! My truck is running great now. They have very reasonable pricing and wont try to do you wrong!

I had missed their call letting me know that my pickup was done and I could come grab it. By the time I had listened to the voicemail and reached out to them, it was well after business hours on a Friday night. They offered to set it out the next morning so I could pick it up. They were quick to repair it, are reasonably priced, and have great customer service. I will definitely be using Factory Tech again.

This place has taken good care of my Powerstroke. They have my trust. More than a couple visits.About a year later, its a bummer when the truck needs repair but i am glad i know where i am taking it!

Had a 2008 Ford that I tried to self diagnose and fix. By the time I got the head off a few things were clear1. I was in over my head2. My engine was shot3. I was not going to be able to swap it myselfSo I had the truck trailered to them with a few boxes of parts fully expecting to get raked over the coals as I had just given them a multi ton jigsaw puzzle. I was able to find a engine and they got it installed 500 under their quoted priceFor all rights they should of charged me a hell of a lot more. I had removed way more then they would of had to as step one is usually to remove the cab. Of course lifting the cab is not happening in your driveway so I had removed all sorts of fun components like the AC, radiator, the entire top end of the motor including intake, turbo, fuel pump. None of those would of had to be removed for a engine swap which they could of diagnosed with a scope.

Do not go there back yard mechanics just had ford fix their work ford told me dont go back the people that gave them a 5 star rating must have very low standards they are pretty good priced but I would rather pay more and get good work

Quoted my uncle $125 for fuel filters charged him $269. Ford dealer only charges $160 for factory filters. My uncle was upset and told them he wouldnt be back they sent him a text on his phone telling him he better not push the issue or else.
