These people are about customer service and they do it well. I stopped by for a couple of parts and Hanna went out of her way to help me get what I needed.As it turns out, i went with a friend who was in the market for some iron fencing and they immediately set up and appoint for Friday to get the ball rolling. Ive been here twice now and was always treated as if I was their best customer.

The owners helped me out tremendously, after I picked up the wrong pickets (wrong color ) they dropped the right ones off for me later that same day instead of me having to drive out and get them . Great company and the price for the new pickets was super affordable. As a side note, Dont put arrows in your fence or your wife will be mad .

Great service, ok pricing, but quality of the 16ft rails was poor. I I asked if I could bring back the bad ones and he said no because he would didnt know whether Id bring the right ones back.

The product coming out of this company is phenomenal! We could not logically hire someone else to do our fencing unless we wanted to live off of bread and soup for the next year, but I was also unsure how our finished product was going to look since weve never built a fence before. The pickets coming from this company are so dang attractive, that as long as we kept up our end of the bargain by using a bubble level every step of the way, we nearly looked like seasoned pros. Plus, they delivered our pickets for free. Score!The only reason I had to change my review to 4 stars instead of 5 is because Ive been following up and waiting weeks for a quote on their stain and because I still havent heard how to get the markings off of all of the pickets we purchased from them. (They come with chalk and/or crayon marked on every single picket--if you want to clear-stain like we do, there has to be a way to get those markings off of the pickets). Their suggestion of 120-grit sandpaper did not work. I wish their mill could find a better way to keep track of the products without marring the actual product.
