I didnt even know this place was here until the vintage road trippin tour. When I walked in, I was just overjoyed with all the beautiful decors, and beautifully done furniture that they had. The prices were really reasonable too. I walked out of there with a car full of stuff. Best part is the staff is super friendly and super helpful. I will definitely back but maybe with a truck this time.

I only wish I could visit in person! I “visited” online and ordered some IOD supplies, and both Susan and her son were extra helpful in helping me figure out my order. Shipping was quick, and everything was wrapped in lovely paper and a special handwritten note, just like you’d get in a boutique. And everything arrived in proper shape and undamaged because of the great care in packing. They just go the extra mile, you know? I really appreciate that! I usually love going to the shop, but in the days of quarantine, I placed my order online, the order was confirmed 3/23/20 and delivered 3/25/20. That is great service. Susan carries all the products I love to use IOD, DIY paint, JRV stencils and so many more. Even though I dont live in the same town it is worth the drive to her shop. If you go you will not be sorry.

Such a huge selection of Iron Orchid Design (IOD) transfers, stamps and moulds. I bought my first jar of Paint Couture acrylic paint and will not use anything else on my future furniture projects! There are many craft stores with awesome choice of products and The Withered Barn is certainly one of them. But it also STANDS OUT for the AWESOME customer service I have never seen before!! And this is what I want to write about. I am new to DIYs and furniture painting. So before trying my first project, I watched tons of videos, deciding what I want to do. Finally, I put my order online and received all items very quickly. The parcel came very well packed . I was very excited, but had to postpone my adventure for almost two months. Couple of days ago I finally put out all the items on my craft table, opened the DIY paint and TA-DA - there was a beautiful shade of white instead of blue :) Very beautiful, but not what I had in mind. Since the order was finalized long time ago, I thought that nothing can be done. Still, I emailed to The Withered Barn. I was hoping that maybe I can exchange the paint or get a discount for my next purchase, but absolutely did not expect what had happened next. Susan, the owner of the shop, replied me immediately. She sincerely apologized and shipped me the right color the very next day with priority delivery that was free! Susan also asked me to keep the other can of paint (it’s gorgeous, I will certainly use it in the future!). Today I have just received the new parcel. Besides the paint, Susan sent me a VERY GENEROUS present - the DIY paint “blending” synthetic brush!! WOW! I am very well equipped now. I am sooo grateful! Anyone can make an error packing an order, it’s not a big deal, but not everyone has such a big heart and cares for customers, like Susan! It was more than I could ever expect. Thank you!
