First moved in beginning of January and found the owners kind and helpful. The maintenance man is knowledgeable and does his best to help. Very quiet at night and the neighbors keep to themselves. My daughter has made some friends here too. Gas station is right next to us so when we need a few things its easy to get. The lake is right up the road so its nice to walk the 1/4 mile to go fish or sight see. Worth every penny.

Very disonest management. They tell me they had no spaces available in November,yet moved a motorhome in the space December 12 that was empty since in November 1.

Great RV park great staff and we enjoyed it there. Would go again.

I had lived at decoy for just under a year...when I was prescribed a therapy dog to train for service animal and provided a letter of accommodation. They kicked me out because the tasks I need my dog to train for, require medium to large dog to be effective. They said no dogs over 15lbs including service dogs.

This is not to bring down a RV site, rather it’s to inform and educate others who have large breed service animals. After research and going back with what I was told this RV site has full rights to reject a large breed service animal WITH-IN REASON. I’m not going to pursue anything other than educate others.I give this a 1 Star because I have a service dog, and he is larger than 15 lbs. for some of my tasks I need a large breed. I have all my credentials by a vet, trainer, and the United States of America. When I called in the lady was really nice then got extremely upset when I said “I have a large breed service dog, after this I was told she was attacked by a large breed service dog and they only allow 15lb dogs period. After conversation continued I was then told insurance will go up for them.It is sad when all these FAKE service dogs give actual people who have a service dog and need a service dog, and go through all the proper classes and training A BAD REP!!!! I am sorry this lady got hurt, and it now ruins chances for people like myself who have large breed dog as a service dog with all the proper credentials. I wish these people the best of luck with their RV site.

I used to live out here at Decoy, nice thing is you have a nice grassy yard and can plant or decorate your area as youd like. They cut the grass and will even water it if you cant be bothered. Its really lovely in spring and summer. There are more shade yes than in most parks also.

I feel save and comfortable here. The owners dont put up with inappropriate behaviour.my neighbors are all friendly and when I moved in the owners made sure I was helped in every way possible. It is a simple plain little place but it feels like home

This truely is a great place to live in your RV. Quiet, peaceful, friendly. Reasonable rates, friendly owners & maintenance people.

My husband and I lived here with our two preschoolers for 3 months while I was on a travel nurse assignment working in Meridian. This place was an answer to our prayers! Small park with 30ish spaces, each with their own yard (that they mow) and landscaping. Many have large shade trees though some didnt have any shade. It was quiet and felt safe for my family. There is a laundry mat. The owner, Joy, was so kind. Close to the lake and 10 miles from towns with grocery stores/shopping/movie theatre etc.

The maintenance guy is nosey wants to get in your business loudest couple in the park . always yelling at each other him and spouse. Dirtiest lot in the park. Rules must not applay to him.

Why would you close the laundry room on Saturdays out of religious preference? Do NOT force your own beliefs on rent paying motorhome owners. This is 2018, this is not acceptable.
