Not a fan of most pawn shops cuz they are kinda dirty but this place is nice and clean and the staff was very helpful especially Sheyenne she was very professional, friendly and helpful!

I have been in there a number of times and am always greeted with friendly smiling faces. The employees r great and have always been very helpful with any of my questions plus they have great stuff too.

Good hair for the store. Very clean and well organized. They have a large selection of power tools, tons of DeWalt and Milwaukie. They have a lot of electronics. TVs, game consoles, laptops, Chromebooks, and some older iMacs as well as MacBooks. They have a big jewelry section as well.

First time in a pawn shop and this one exceeded my expectations. Exceptionally clean, organized, with great selection of jewelry, tools, and so much more.Staff were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable with inventory.I felt very comfortable here, and will visit again. I have no words for this store. Except, that the crew is the best here! Brent and Jesse have great knowledge of firearms and video games! They were able to help me figure out what firearms work best for someone that is a newbie at them like me! And Monica, that beautiful soul is very helpful in the jewelry department and has wonderful taste in rings!

Not a very fair deal most often.

I used to love coming here the staff was amazing.. tell destiny Robinson gave her number to my now ex husband while we where together. She isn’t someone I’d trust around your husbands, so I recommend you stay clear from her because this isn’t the first time she’s done so. This company shouldn’t allow such things or even want that kind of person to work, it’s a bad face for the company.

I rarely have an overall enjoyable experience at any pawn shop but all that has changed when I sauntered into this one. Great people (shout out to the best Manager ever...Jaun) they work w/your needs w/o trying to nickel and dime you to death...everybody has a smile and positive attitudes I really really love this place!

This place is a joke!! The customer service is non-existent and they love to price goug on everything in the store. If you plan on buying or selling items take them elsewhere because here they will not get close to the value. 0/10 would not recommend!!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They are not pushy.The store is clean, bright and well organized. Sorta ruins the old pawn shop ethos. But I have found many good deals there on musical instruments, tools, and electronics. I needed to get a duplicate receipt for a guitar I purchased over a week prior, and the associate took the time to go back in the system and find it for me. FANTASTIC!!

This Pawn 1 Store has seen me through a few tough times. Cancer and the cost took my set. Cancer is expensive!!! They posted a beautiful ring after treatment and I went right in and bought it! Got a fancy wrap and if was blingier than my sister in laws! Great service, great people. Always fair, willing to help if They can.. I wouldn’t, and haven’t, gone to anyone else!!! Go HERE! Manager and Staff are Great, In this world there are are putter in pawn people and there are purchasers. I purchase stuff. Jewellery is a good buy there with knowledgeable staff behind the counter. I watched the inventory looking for a gold and diamond band with the correct size and shape diamonds in a 14 kt band for a gift to my spouse and found it there after a few months. Great Price. I have purchased firearms at that location over the last few years, again I watch the inventory talk with the manager if it doesnt move quickly the are very open to reasonable offers. It is a business and they are fair, respectful and easy to deal with .

There’s a worker by the name of Jen that went out of her way to help us find the perfect ring. Had the patience to help us try on over 20 rings and to explain everything. The store was full of clients and not once did she ever pressure us to hurry up. She made our experience over the top. 10/10 would recommend

Went in with my wife to pick out an anniversary ring last Saturday and Savanna helped us out a lot. My wife was happy with her ring and we were both glad to have help this time. Savanna did great we hope to see her more!

Was in 2/24/19, got greeted the second we walked in the door which was awesome. Salespeople were super helpful and found Sharolynn to be incredibly knowledgeable about guns and watches in particular. We drove from Boise and nobody shooed us off at closing time. Will definitely be back!

My experience was much more pleasant than I expected. Traesa was quick, effecient, and gave me a good deal. If you have something that you find no use for or you need a trustworthy place to go that will provide quality customer care, Pawn 1 in Caldwell is the place to go.

I bought a Nintendo Wii U here yesterday, took it home and it only runs for 5 or 10 minutes before overheating due to the fans not spinning at all. You guys really need to stress test your consoles way better to avoid things like this in the future, this should have been caught when it was being pawned. The default warranty is only 24 hours (not NEARLY long enough to properly test any electronics for potential issues that may arise). They only wanted to give me in store credit, which apparently is the norm, but the manager approved an exception for a cash refund. Probably wont go here ever again, but the reason Im leaving 4 stars instead of 2 or 3 is because they did eventually refund me, though it took a while.

My experience there was absolutely horrible. The manager was very rude. I will never go there, ever again. After talking to the police, they told me to contact the local pawn shops to give them a description of the tools that where stolen from my truck the night before. The manager told me he doesnt have time to write that down, its not his problem to look for my stolen tools.I believe that they have no problem buying stolen property and selling it. They make a lot of their money buying for little or no money, then turning around and selling peoples stolen stuff at a high cost. THEY DONT CARE. I WILL TELL everyone I know not to go there. Used to be the best location dont even do 50% of what firearms are worth anymore. Was my favorite location. And I used to be a weekly customer Have bought and sold dozens off firearms there and have always recieved a fair price but not lately.

Called this shop and asked if they are still buying snowboards, they said yes bring them down and we will check them out. Upon arrival I was told that they were no longer taking snowboards. The time between my call and arrival was 10 minutes, I wouldnt have driven out there had I been told no over the phone..

Juan and Teresa at Pawn 1 in Caldwell are amazing. Due to a emergency family medical emergency we had to bring in our most valuable items to be pawn. Knowing our situation they went above and beyond to reach our exact finacial goal when we tried at least 3 other local competitors. Who by the way wanted to give up to $200 less then what Pawn 1 had to offer. Not only did they help our family need they even where willing to seperate tickets to help paying the items out easier. A HUGE recommendation to this company and especially Juan and Teresa! Thank you from our family to yours! You were our life savers today.

Poor experience last week when trying to trade in some media. The mid 30s/40s woman who works will lowball you like crazy. I took the exact same items to another pawn shop and received 3x the amount she offered, no lie. She also used the excuse that certain media items were priced cheaper and worth less than what they were actually priced as. When I brought this to her attention she ignored me and I left. Will go to other pawn shops in town well before this one.

I got me a Hilti roto Hammer with a bit for a hundred bucks I am totally totally happy with it I just used it and wow. They work like no other cut through the concrete like a hot knife through butter yeah you gave me like a two and a half foot or 3ft bit to cut through with so I was totally happy.

Got me 2500 for a car better than any tital loan and better interest awesome had the manager get it for me even gave me a ride to the gas station

Its a nice and clean place, but has horrible customer service. Got lowballed on a $200 guitar, gave me $23 for it. Definitely not going there again.

I had the opportunity to deal with the manager here. Which was more of a nightmare than an opportunity. Im not sure her name, but what I can tell you is that she couldnt care less about the customer. Just the way she treats ad talks to the customer is completely unprofessional and extremely unhealthy for a business. I wish there were negative stars.. Im very disappointed with the way she treated me and my wife. I definitely WILL NOT be going back!

I came here to sell some games and the service was great. The workers were all nice and gave me a good deal.

Ive been to many different pawn 1 stores, and not once have I had a good experience. Most recently being going to pawn 1 in one city being told that they wouldnt take my item simply because they had to many, but to go to the pawn one in the city right next to ours. I got there, wasted a lot of gas but positive they would take this item. Nope, I walk in and the guy actually made fun of me for driving to another city. I needed rent money and thats how they treat customers. This is only one out of about 7 bad things that I can review about. Local pawn shops or Craigslist will do you more good than pawn 1.

They usually give me a good deal when I bring stuff in and When I pawn something they call me if I forget to pay.
