It was nice and cool in this store. The ladies that assisted me with my very first return, AMAZING! So kind and helpful. They took time and made space for me, they made me feel special. Gonna get personal now. For anyone to take the time nowadays to have a conversation with another person, WOW! You can honestly tell when someone cares about what they do, VS someone who doesn’t.

I had a return to Amazon & had to drive from my home in Nyssa to Caldwell (about 30 minutes) to the UPS store.I was in line for a short time & watched many people come in & out but being helped like clock work. The lady that helped me, her name was Tomi and she is fantastic. She was friendly, professional & a very good asset to your company.

I am grateful for the mindset and joyful service I experienced at this UPS Store during a very busy time.I was a little creeped out about an envelope addressed to me from me.Then I opened it and found evidence of excellent service. It would have been easier and faster for the ladies to have tossed it in the trash. Keep up the good work!

The employees there are horrible! No mask, dont care about customers. I saw one lady who came in and waited for help, no one greeted her and when she finally asked for help they were rude to her and didnt seem to want to work or help her AT ALL!I watched as she grew more frustrated until she finally just said Never mind Ill go somewhere else!The employee then laughed at her and said Good, have a nice day! mockingly!I couldnt even believe it. So I just turned around and walked out right behind her. Two customers right out the door! Nice UPS!!
Very attentive upon entering location. Associate was very polite and provided me with a receipt for my drop off package. The location is well stocked and offer quite a bit of services including printing which is a huge plus.My only constructive criticism would be to freshen up the exterior view and clean up the interior including the messaging. There seems to be an overwhelming amount of COVID signs throughout that drowns out other product center signage.

Horrible service. I was harassed plane and simple. I ran in to ship out some keys my friend forgot here. But i felt i better run home and box it up instead of in the bubble wrap package. I come back and immediately harassed “oh you found your own box” she says “i’m going to have to open it up” WHOA!!!! I’m infuriated I had to take an hour of my time to go somewhere else SERIOUSLY!!! I’ve done shipping and receiving for years uncalled for just ask what’s in the box. I seriously don’t know what I did to be discriminated against. I will be doing an investigation believe that

No masks, no gloves no sanitizer on the counter. No cleaning the counter between customers. Was there the 14th of May. Two stars are for the distancing marks on the floor. These are wonderful hard working people so I was very sad to see no compliance with the law. I went straight home and showered and washed my clothes. They may think its a choice, and it is for me, I wont go back to this store.

We had a box with this store before we bought our house. Today a package came there, months after we no longer had a box there. They called us to let us know there was something there. So nice of them to do that when they didnt have to. It is much appreciated. They were always very nice and pleasant whenever we were in there.
Im extremely disappointed with this store and the fact they took no precautions or care to help minimize the spread of COVID-19. Right after I went in people poured in after me, there were no space markers, none of the employees were wearing masks. No sanitizer, no sanitizing of pens that they had me touch, or counters or doors. I thought this would be easier then the post office. Not only was I wrong in that regard, but it was way more expensive too. COVID 19 is still a thing and people/businesses are acting like its not. Shame. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, even after this pandemic is over
Tomi was THE sweetest and friendliest person I have ever dealt with. I never give 5 stars, but because of this lady, she made a believer out of me...She taped up all three of my disheveled returns and didn’t complain or charge me for tape. Going back to her for more returns!!
A backdrop we shipped 2nd Day Air fell out of the truck in route. A great individual found it in the road and dropped it off at this UPS store. They put tape on it due to an end cap coming off, and ensured that it was sent on its way. I cant thank them enough!
Always busy, but the ladies that work there are friendly and most of the time when there is a line they ask if anyone is just dropping something off and or amazon shipping and they multitask as best the can to speed things up for others in line. Very good.

I give this store a -4 Stars. On Dec.13 I had a Christmas package sent with UPS to my son in Calgary Alberta Canada. The value was $20. It was not till I got home that I realized that the clerk had put the value as $100.00 which would result in my son having to pay $45 in duty. The store was closed so I called them the next day about the mistake and I was given the number to UPS Canada to call. Called them and they told me that the store that shipped the package had to fill out a new shipping invoice. Called the store back and told them this. They took my phone number and said will call me with updates. Got no call back and I had to call the store back daily regarding this and just got the run around. Finally on Dec.22 when I called the store I was informed that the manager could never get through to anyone at the UPS Canada and my Son would just have to pay the $45 duty and then I should log a complaint and see if I could get the $45 dollors back from UPS. Two things about this that floored me was every timed I called UPS Canada I was able to get through in minutes and the Manager of this store told me to put in a complaint to UPS about her store. So a $20 gift cost for my son cost him $45 in duty and didnt even make it to him until after Christmas!

Stopped at the UPS Store today to ship a scope back for warranty work and the lady at the front desk told me that should couldn’t ship gun parts. Last time I checked an optic is not a gun part. After I got home I called the corporate office and asked what there policy is and they said they would ship it but it had to be next day air. If you value your 2nd amendment rights don’t give UPS a dime.

J.J. went the extra mile to help me find information from a package that the receiver claimed was never delivered. I didnt have a receipt and couldnt even remember which month I sent it (good grief!), and she was willing to search through records to locate the information. She found the information which allowed me to prove that the package had been delivered - and signed for! Great service!

The people who work there know NOTHING about what can and cant be shipped. They have refused to let me send a scope back for warranty work, ship a scope as a gift to my son and a stock to my brother. None of these items have any restrictions from any law enforcement agency. I went to another UPS site and shipped them without any problem. Absolute MORONS or just idiots who hate the firearms industry

The store wont let you use your UPS Account number to ship. They refer people to UPS hub at 1324 20th Street Nampa, ID 83687 for that. That doesnt open til 3 pm.

I heard the ups driver show up and waited and watched for his approach to my door figuring I needed to sign. Not only did he not even knock on my door he left my package in the middle of my driveway. I checked online and he said it was left by the door which was about 50 ft off. Only reason Im not giving one star is because nothing was damaged.
