Worst Starbucks place Ive been to. They always mess up my drink by not putting sugar at all.

This is a busy spot! Mobile orders or walk in are being taken. Drive thru tends to back up.

Drive thru screen not working, employee did not repeat order back to us and well sure enough our order was wrong. We approached the window and it automatically opened 3 employees stood there chatting away with out us being acknowledged. Uniform policy must not be enforced here since no one had a name tag on. We over heard the employees claiming we did not request the specific drink we ordered. Overall bad customer service!!

Best food, helpful staff members, constantly fantastic vibes. They charge fair pricing and the food quality is very good. Keep it up.

Dragon Drink, Irish Cream Cold Brew, and Iced Caramel Mocchiato are the best! Very friendly but try to get there before Lunch time 😜

Poor customer service. Purchase not ready on time. Take too much time when making line by vehicle. Mobile application did not indicate mibile service deactivated. The reason I found out I asked. Needs improvement.

Out of all the Starbucks in the valley the calexico one rates 2nd place after the one on 4th st. As far as how they make the coffees, delicious, and quick. They are almost always out of almond crossaints though :(

The girl in the window was really rude... plus they made my order wrong, when she was going to remake it she took her gloves off DIDNT EVEN WASH HER HANDS and made it like that touching the lid of the cup with her bare hands.

Make sure you order on the app or drive through or you’ll be waiting 20 min for your order and that’s after you tell them you’re going to cancel. Customer service is non existent. They just told me to wait no sorry nothing...

Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s bad. Today it took 45 minutes to get my drink and when I pull up to the window they were talking and laughing. Yesterday I went with my boyfriend and same thing, pulled up to the window and they were having a conversation among themselves not doing anything. I get the lines are long but they are long at other locations too and they never take more than 15 minutes 🙄

Delicios caramel coffees and everything else is too.

Delicious as always got a green tea frappuccino.

When you ask for LIGHT ICE it should be like we order not like they think is light ice😑😑

Very nice location. The parking areas and the drive through are very accessible. The service is great, the stores is very big big on customer service, I definitely feel welcomed when I stop by there on the way to work. Several of my coworkers stop here for coffee.I absolutely recommend to use the Starbucks app to place your order online and avoid long lines in the drive thru. Its better to just get off for a minute, and pick up your order and youre on the road again. Its starbucks, what else can I say, quality products.

I order carml frapp extra caramel light ice but I have a hafe cub of ice with some web creme so we baid 5.25 for just ice

This starbucks used to be good. This new generation of workers make the place very toxic. Specially, the little kids messing up with customers. And laughing all loud about some gay customers. I had a very bad experience observing how they are treated.

Not in all Starbucks do the same even if ask always for the same thing

Starbucks is always good and with great service.....some employees do need to make the frapps with love and dedication, there are only a few that make them that way.....but Ill still give 4 stars cause is great, the only thing I dont like is that they have on their menu, items that they dont carry. Good service. And the people is gentle with the customers and I give tips.

Got their at 1120 pm no one took my order at drive thru waited for about 3 minutes and some one turned off menu. when i drive off workers were inside just standing there with lights off. And i thought they closed at 1130 but when you have workers that want to leave early anything is possible.

On Saturday, June 29th, I went to this starbucks in Calexico. They have the worst customer service, overcharge you, and have weird policies. You cant order a venti water here, only grande. I always wondered why they only have one starbucks in Calexico... now i know. Just go to any El Centro Starbucks and youll get a better experience.
