Unprofessional. They say the medication will be ready and when you go they dont have it ready. They put you on hold and then they hang up the call.

Only pharmacy I know where you can’t pay pharmacy products, like vitamins, even when there’s no customers in line at 5pm...

Extremely rude service. Horrible first impression. Approaching the drop off window, no one was there to assist me. After waiting for more than 5 minutes, someone finally came to the window. This person was very rude and did not make eye contact. After asking for my name and DOB, they told me that I had never been there and my address incorrect. I stated that this was my regular pharmacy and she kept insisting it was not. This was very unacceptable and unprofessional. At pick up however, a different employee assisted me and she was much nicer. It is a shame that for one person the entire department looks bad. After this event I will resort to a different pharmacy.

Always my medication order is late.. Most of the time I have to wait till next day..

They are very slow in the service, they have you waiting for hours, they lack a course in customer service. Also kindness.
