If I could give a zero, I would give it. Terrible customer service. I took my daughter for her birthday balloon, hat, and to buy something for her birthday. I approached customer service and waited in line. It took them 30-minutes to acknowledge me, the reason that I waited so long, was my daughter, she was happy because she loves ToysRUS. When finally somebody acknowledged me, the lady was more interested in knowing if I was going to buy something.. they did not have the birthday balloon nor the hat, but she was insisting on what I was going to buy. I got so upset, so I told her to give me back my daughter’s birthday card and discount and I left the store. Also, for the record, the store is so messy and it was not even a busy season. I will definitely NOT go back to this store.

A great store. They had a ton of good stuff. I am heartbroken that I can no longer take my son here and have long discussions about the various toys

I was feel comfortable looking around all the items they have and also buying some toys fory son. The environment was clean and the associates was pretty kind and helpful in all aspects.

Dont buy anything expensive here without opening it up first. They put damaged/returned items back on the sales floor and then resell it to their customers and refuse to exchange it when you come back with the receipt a few minutes later. Go to Yuma and they will make it right.

You can find any toy you need. Even video games. Great

Took my nephew here for black friday. We enjoyed our shopping. Helpful staff.

I have never in my life felt the need to file a formal complaint for the terrible customer service in any store. But the recent experience I had at the Calexico Toys R Us has been one of the most time consuming and tiring situations. And when I approached the General Manager, Salvador Valdivia, who was the person who created a mess of our credit card account information and our rewards card information, he simply refused to accept that he had made mistakes and most importantly, he refused to take the time to help us resolve the issue. He threw a piece of paper at us and walked away in anger and said he would not help us.My recent purchase was of $500.00 and I spend thousands of dollars in that store every year, and with that purchase I decided to open up a credit card account. I think most of the employees are fantastic and I love their in-store events but if I have to return my purchases, cancel my credit card account, and stop shopping there, I will.I am going to take the time to write a detailed letter of the situation and his horrendous and embarrassing behavior and I will send it to all contacts available as well as call all the people in corporate I must talk to.I would also like to say that the employee, Karla Fernandez, was extremely helpful, patient, and did the managers job when he failed at it.Transaction information:Store # 5658Reg. 09Cashier: 1502851Trans #5263:6Date: 11/12/17Time: 10:10am

The store was full of cobwebs and not for halloween decorations! Horribly dirty! My son asked two women in customer service why so much web and they did not answer ... they forget that this child is their customer! They had five people working alone in the table games area and NO ONE was removing the cobwebs that on some shelves came from the ceiling lamps .... TOTAL ABANDONMENT ??
