I bought several tacos from here on 11/23/20 and found a hair in one of them. My mom literally pulled it out of her mouth after taking a bite. The tacos are individually wrapped in plastic and there is no way it belonged to us. I called wanting to give them heads up that this happened and the lady on the phone told me “entonces que quiere que haga?” Needless to say their customer service is lacking. I had bought food from here in other occasions with no problem other than the occasional long line but this experience was simply disgusting.On 11/24/20 I tried contacting the owner via telephone and the employees told me he would be available 11/25/20 and to go in person after 4 pm. I called ahead on 11/25/20 to make sure the owner would be present and the employee said he would not be available until 11/27/20. The employee also added that I could not get a refund until I spoke to the owner and I needed to bring the tacos (the evidence) in with me. I am disgusted by their customer service. My mom vomited after finding the hair in her mouth and we threw all their food to the trash and they still expected us to keep the tacos as evidence for almost a week until I am able to catch the owner at the store. They denied the owner could be reached any other way other than trying to catch him at the store. Unbelievable.

Everything is very good, especially the Hot Dogs outside in the cart Estilo Mexicali. Employees have excellent manners and respect to everyone. THE BEST!!!

Best in town i think.. A big shout out to my main man who does all the work keep up with the good buissnes man, and keep serving those great goodies 😂My fave from that place has to be the ice cream mealts 🍧😍😍

Great cosromer service and the raspados are delicious. If you ask exactly what you want they make it.

Service was great and fast. Syrups for raspados are a little watered down but still with a great taste.

They have very good costumer service, everything is really good, very clean, and organized!!!👌👌🤑

A very unpleasant experience,Quite disappointed with my visit to this place. I was expecting something else but I think the advertising photos they have are not the same as the products they sell.This place has a lot of potential but it needs to invest in training its employees a little more and better.
