Ordered a pallet of welding wire, almost two weeks later and I have not received the product or even tracking information. I cant get anyone on the phone or by email to help me with the status for the past week of attempts, so Im reporting the charge to my credit card as fraudulent. Be careful.

Very poor customer service. Placed and order Jan. 7th, on Jan 21 still no acknowledgement of order or shipping information. Payment was taken at time of order. Can not get a hold of anyone on the phone and website is down. WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
