I called early this morning and told the employee the issue with my radio. He told me how much it would cost to check everything out and I went ahead and got him to price a new radio just in case. When we arrived the owner was there and was extremely rude. He refused service without even knowing what was going on with my vehicle. I asked him about checking out my car and he just pointed at another customer and said he doesn’t have time. My family will not be back. I understand being busy but being rude and wasting my time is not okay.

They did a great job on my window tint and the people where very helpful

I have stopped by this location at least 7 times over a full week during business hours and have never once found this place open. They apparently don’t need the business. So I’m done trying. I’ll find another business and spend my money with them. I tried multiple times to give them my money and support our local businesses, I guess if they don’t care about making money.

I have consistently attempted to contact this establishment over the weekend since 7/9/2021I finally reached someone on Saturday afternoon. I provided the info about my vehicle expressed that I tried to contact them numerous times the previous day. Not a care in the world mind you.The person on the line asked for my vehicle info and asked if I would hold and they would give me an estimate on time.I would still be on hold if left up to that individual, they forgot I was on hold, you could hear giggling in the background and someone taking care of other customers I just disconnected. I tried to call back several times that day no success.I tried to call today the message says the number you are trying to reach is out of service.Never knew it was so hard to give away money.

I bought an old Honda a few years ago, and the radio wiring was a mess! Hanging down, chopped up, it looked like a 5 year old tried to install it. I thought when they took a look at it, they’d say, no thank you! They didn’t even wince, they charged me great price and everything worked and looked perfectly. These small town shops can’t compete with the prices at the big box stores, but we all need to support them before the only store left in town is Walmart.

I read alot of negative posts about them. But my experience was perfect. I have a 1966 Mustang show car and have to be careful who works on it. They got me right in, changed my radio very quickly and the price was extremely reasonable. I have no complaints about how I got the car back.They were pleasant and helpful with other issues. I will be back for tinting and any other things I may need.

They charge way too much for everything. Cheap crunch speakers you can buy for $15 dollars at Walmart and they charge you $45. A good pioneer radio thats $90 on Amazon is $150 there. Cant even install door speakers right they just zip tied mine on. When they couldve just got a adapter or got the correct size speakers. Drilled holes in my door frame without even asking on my original 1990 Dodge

Had a great experience getting a complete new sound system in my 68 nova. The job was done right and looks professionally done. Friendly, quick, and the prices arent bad!

They screwed up my sons 1990 Dodge ram truck because they couldnt figure out how to get the door panel back on so the screwed it in with wood screws. Then they zip tied the speakers in the door panel instead of fitting them in there correctly. They never asked if they could put screws through the door panel and then denied that they did it. Not pleased at all with the crappy job they did. I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone!

These guys are really lazy people... First hand they cant mount speakers correctly... (Zipties) they screwed screws in my door panel and made the automatic windows screech... Ha come on went up there and they wouldnt even admit it. I got my refund and did it my self

Bad experience, charge way too much, I buy the materials I need and I research what I need and once I have it I go and pay for installation, I went there to install my sub woofers and got the cables and everything and told me Oh this here doesnt work, it wont work, it wont sound good I search the product before buying and its the most bought and most used everywhere, charge me for one of there for 40 bucks and search how much it was and the thing cost 11.95, couldnt he charge me 20 atleast? Well I paid all those fees he added up, so I have it another try a few months later to install lights under my car, and told me it doesnt work, it wont turn on, I told them I didnt try them so I didnt know but of course I tested them before going and wasting theirs and my time, and he offered me one of there lights for cheap he said, 200 plus installation fee, so around 300 dollars, dont go here, they are not professionals, they just want your money.
