Friendly, helpful employees. Clean store. Worth the drive over to this location since the 23rd st Sally Beauty happened to be closed today.

My 14yr old daughter went in the store by herself because I had just gotten off an 11hr shift. Typically I dont do that and trust me I never will again. Especially not at this store. My daughter went in there to buy some red hair dye and developer, she came out with 2 things if hair dye, some gloves they talked her into buying, and they charged her for the bag they put her supplies in! Since when do stores charge you for a bag to put your products in?! Theyre lucky they locked up right after she left because I wouldve gone in there and demanded a refund and given them a piece of my mind.

I had a mission to accomplish and while I was on this mission I went to purchase a brush. Now many would think whats so hard about that? But allow me to explain the person who I was buying for is a person of exact. You have to get them exactly what they want and no substitute will be accepted. So I went out on this mission looking for a hair brush that did not have a handle on it along with the bristles had to be soft. So I was eager to attack this mission because I figured that I would go to the first store and knock it out. NO not the first, second or third store as I got about 3 or 4 days into this mission hope was fading fast. So for some reason I totally forgot about Sallys so for laughs and giggles I said that I would give them a try if anything to say I tried all stores. As soon as I walked into the store I passed by the counter and went down the first isle and behold I looked down and just what I was looking for it should have had that angelic sound when I picked it up. I went to the counter and I explained to the saleswoman what I had to go through to find that one brush she asked me why didnt you try us first? Let me tell you I felt very stupid at that moment and I didnt know what to say so in times like that its best to say nothing at all. But the saleswoman was so nice she eased my bruised ego and made my day I must say that I learned a lesson try Sallys before going anywhere else.

Bad experience from moment I walked in, WILL NOT ever step foot in this business again.

Worst customer service i ever been to they had a product in the wrong spot and the woman didnt wanna give it to me and when we was walking out it she had a smart remark

Was sitting in parking lot for 20 minutes before I pulled off. Store hours shows it opens at 10am

This Sally is a little smaller and sometimes they seem to run out of supplies before the others but its the only one on this side of town. Friendly and helpful associates.

Show up at nine as business hrs are 9 to 7. And its closed. Waited 30 mins outside the door. Still never opened. Watched 3 cstomers leave including myself. Way to lose business.

My favorite store in callaway

I shop here very often a GREAT experience EVERY TIME. But today I came in and there was a new young lady that I havent seen before and she asked me as she should if I needed help with anything and I said yes as I need to be reminded of which developer I had been using and she went to go price check it for me. At that time I seen a lady there that I had been familiar with and she reminded me which one it was and it was different from what the newer lady told me so I just let her know that I was just going with the other one. I dont know if it was that she got offended that I didnt take her advice but she had the nastiest attitude with me. Rolling her eyes.. the whole 9 yards. Thankfully I didnt have to deal with her and the other young lady rung me up and thank goodness for her that I didnt go off on the girl Casey in the store. The girl Casey there needs to learn how to control her attitude and I know she was young there so it might if had something to do with it but if she felt some type of way towards that fact that I didnt take her advice she couldve sassed me when I left that was completely disrespectful.

A great place to find what u need and the employees are always very friendly and helpful.

The people who work here are always helpful and let you know which products will work best, and give advice on how to use them.
