I was thinking of changing companies bc of problems in the past with other branches but these two ladies most definitely made my experience invigorating. I love this office and I’m happy it’s up and rolling after the hurricane. Especially with the manger Jessica she is such a good manger! And person she helped me with my issue and I was great full especially because I didn’t even buy my phone there. I recommend this store to anyone with any issues you won’t be disappointed.

Very friendly and helpful workers there. Ive been with metro for almost 3 years now and I wouldnt have it any other way. The phones arent as expensive as other places but the accessories are a bit high priced but are high quality items. Plan prices are very reasonably priced. The location is in a good spot very visible from the road and very close to my work which is a bonus for me.

I had a horrible experience starting off today at metro. I was there 3 hours the young girl quoted me a price then switched my phones over to find out later it was 144 dollars more than what she said. Of course i did not have 244 dollars. I was so upset and now without a phone period because she switched over carriers. The other employee at the store jessica did not stop til she got it fixed. I wasnt even her costumer and she was very busy. She called 3 diffrent people stayed on hold for along time. Finally she called her boss Marcus and they made a way for me to walk out with my phone service. Thank you Jessica you are a superstar in my book and so is your boss.

FRAUD COMPANY! Added accessories on to my ticket that I did not authorize!!!!! And wont give my money back. PLEASE EVERYONE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT
