Labor Day weekend 2020 we switched to this company. We gave them our old phones on a trade in deal. When we get the first bill we are not on that deal we are on a BOGO that we never signed up for. May not have been the fault of the girls working that weekend as they later explained the trade in deal ended on August 31st. However, the manager should have called us and returned our old phones on the next business day. It’s not like they didn’t have our phone number. He would never come out and talk to us always leaving a nice young man, Chris, to try to help us with a problem he was obviously not authorized to correct. No one could ever explain what happened to our old phones which we could have sold ourselves. After a letter to the corporate office and the Florida Attorney General we were given a credit. Bait and Switch is illegal in Florida. Now that we want to cancel our lines they are ignoring us and continue to charge our credit card so I guess it’s back to the Attorney General again.

Cynthia went above and beyond to help me get my phone upgraded. I came in not expecting to be able to do anything the same day, but she was amazingly helpful and patient!

Cynthia and Michael are awesome sale representative and there knowledge of T-mobile/Sprint was outstanding. I purchased the new IPhone 12 pro and my buying experience was very pleasant. 5 stars to both of your employees and my hats off to them both.

Bad customer service and very slow

Fantastic staff!! Amber, Cynthia and Clinton all were so helpful and understanding to my needs. I never once felt pressured to only buy the top end phones, with all accessories and the biggest plans like most other cell companies do. I explained what I wanted and needed and they were all accommodated my needs. Highly recommended!!

I thought that they saved me from Verizon, but instead they offered me a couple of promotions that I never received. They also talked me into a bunch of accessories that I didn’t need, which I thought that the promotions would offset it, but I didn’t receive them.
