Very nice shoe store! The place is so cleaned and organized! I totally recommend coming here if you need new shoes!

The staff here was so nice. All of the shoes were in the right place . . I was in and out. Saved the day because I couldn’t find dress shoes but they had them here. They were even on sale

Found what I was looking for. Decent prices.

Haven’t been in this store in over 10 years. Went in today and I guess customer service is dead. An employee was standing right in front Sensoring shoes but never greeted us. I don’t think he ever looked up. Otherwise the store was nice clean. Very organized and easy to locate shoes. Had some great deals. Brought 3 pairs of shoes and only spent $37. No coupon or anything two pair were on sale. The cashier customer service was bland. Another employee was standing by the door. Never said thanks come again or have a nice day.

On the plus side, the store is very clean and well organized... I looked at a variety of shoes of different brands and styles... This is basically a self serve store with little to no customer service... Prices range from reasonable to slightly expensive, you just have to look and compare ..

Great value. I just purchased 2 pair for less than $40.

Shoes were on shelf for 38$ got to counter and they were 64$ Showed the worker and they said sign was wrong. They DID NOT give me a break in price . Said some win some loose. Probably not going back ANY time soon.

Very neat and friendly workers. Large selection of shoes for everyone in the family. Saturdays are very busy and crowded so go early or later on Saturdays.

As soon as we walked in, there were like 4, 5 employees standing right in front. There no greeting like welcome to shoe carnival, or Thank you for choosing shoe carnival, or even a Hello how you doing, there facial expressions were more I cant wait to go home/ and dry while leaning on the shoe display.. only friendly greeting I got was at the cashiers

Only one lady as we walked in greeted us. The guy by the front door looked at my boys like they were rivals of some sort. People on the floor didnt offer assistance. Lady employee walked right through us. Shame you try to shop in your neighborhood but the neighborhood works there and makes you go elsewhere. Was looking for 3 pair of boots. Took business elsewhere.

The general manager Matt there is very unprofessional. After interviewing my nephew he called his entire staff into a circle begin to talk about my nephew In a negative way. My nephew is only 16

Clean organized store. Noticed families shop at the store. Versus all women or women with children. Greeted upon entry. Was informed about a coupon I could use toward my purchase. No pressure sales. Loved shopping experience. Bought two pair of shoes instead of one because I felt comfortable like I was shopping amongst family.

This place had a lot of great deals. The atmosphere was amazing very enthusiastic very wonderful people. I especially love the older male he was a greeter and he was wonderful he was on the microphone he was doing the drawings it was a great experience. The lines move tremendously fast and I came on a busy shopping holiday. The shoes were marked a different price than what they rank up but the manager completely fix that gave it to me at that price and I totally appreciate that and I definitely recommend this Shoe Carnival

A Self Serve Venue. Asked an associate for assistance but he was not very helpful in assisting me for the size and style I was looking for. All styles blended together. The shelves were not neatly organized.

The service here was excellent! Helped me get the right shoes for my 10yr daughter for a good price. Got her all ready for basketball season.

Selection of Shoes and Boots was wonderful..but cashier could not speak the Kings English..Her grammar was atrocious said to me and I quote You aint gat no coupons well ..I thought what educational crack did she slip through..smh!.Other than that manager was polite and welcoming.

Seeing they just opened back up fromm being looted, the store was pretty stocked and clean.

And theres always a Huge Shoe Sale whenever you shop. So shop till you drop! At the Shoe Carnival in River Oaks Calumet City.
