Our garage door torsion spring snapped in the morning. McCarthy Garage Door Repairs was very responsive, provided an estimate and answered my questions promptly. They were punctual and quickly replaced both springs within a half hour. They offered a prompt service, 5 year warranty on the springs, and amount charged for springs was exactly what was quoted. I would recommend these guys.

Craig replaced a broken tension spring on one kind my doors and rewound the pulleys in about ten minutes. He then till it upon himself to lubricate all the track wheels and hinges. The doors are now whisper quiet. I didnt know they could be so quiet! His work was so fast and correct I asked him to replace all the door insulation. He returned 2 days later and did the necessary work. The doors are now so well insulated that in broad daylight my garage interior is almost pitch black!

I would shop around. The tech was fast but over all price was so so. It’s my fault for not asking around but I read the reviews and decided to go ahead. Unless you want a new garage door then it’s fine putting out a lot of money but for minor repairs I would ask friends and neighbors before calling these guys.

Very professional with great service! They were on time for both services I received. I had my AC unit repaired on Tuesday with Mike and a trainee that were both very professional, knowledgeable of job and fast. This company subcontracts work to contractors who dont call to schedule with you, or answer your phone calls if you are trying to schedule with them. Heres a suggestion, if you are so backed up that you cant answer phones dont take clients deposits, or find more contractors.

Called for and appointment today, the l talk to a lady over the phone she said someone would be at the house around 5 they would call before they come. I received a call from a gentleman he said that he can be at my house between 8pm closer to 9 pm because you had to take care of your personal business first.
