Good customer service. Staff walked right to what I wanted and price matched an ad. Clean, quick and friendly.

The store is always clean . The staff has been incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They even let me know my favorite product was about to be was about to be discontinued when I couldnt locate it. I was able to order the last few bottles in the store with the help of the associate. When my order arrived I was able to pick it up with no hassle.There is also a sign on the door that states face masks are no longer required for fully vaccinated individuals.Hope this helpsHappy shopping.

I only gave 3 stars because they dont have products they used to have. I asked cashier why and they said corporate base their products sales on what they sale on the west coast. This is not the west coast, but the midwest. The people, environment, and weather is different. So what theyre needs are different for what we need.

Dont frequent this area as much but this location is closer to my home. Went in this evening and must say that the workers were awesome. Was helped by the manager (female) cant remember her name but her tag said she had two kids, sneaker head and was health enthusiast. She was very knowledgeable and understanding about my current health situation (2 month baby). She recommended a product that I was already interested in prior to coming in. She also gave me her own recommendation on other products to get me in that snap back body before baby #2. $80+ later, Im satisfied with my purchase and will continue to come to this location as I try to achieve my snap back goal. Even though I noticed they dont acknowledge you when you walk in the store (which I brought to their attention) their AWESOME customer service makes up for that one hiccup. You guys have a customer for life.
