I purchased a refrigerator from this location. Judy in the section that sold us the appliance was very professional and helpful and got our fridge sent to us 20 days faster than we expected and originally agreed upon. We really appreciated her effort. The delivery and installation was very fast. Precise. And smooth. Giovanni and Carlos are good guys and very professional. Excellent experience all around. Great job !!

Perfectly average location. Probably a bit understaffed and overstuffed with merchandise. Very hard to navigate the store. Not terrible enough to drive farther to a different location, but not exactly great enough to recommend that others should drive to this location.

I go to Home Depot quite a bit for home improvement supplies. They have a nice variety of plants, and most of the common supplies you need for basic repairs. They don’t have the most knowledgeable staff, but if you already know what you need, this is the place to go.

For the few projects that I have no deadlines for and the only thing that I cant find or I will usually find it here

The phone rings, the automated service immediately puts me on hold, it then rings 5 more times and then hangs up. Every. Single. Time. For 45 minutes. Awesome. Are you planning or in the process of fixing, maintaing, building or will build something? You are going to need materials of all kinds and thats where Home Depot comes in. The Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Ask, and they will answer. One thing I like about home depot is their stock. They are loadded to the rafters. most likely, they have anything yhou may be looking for. So go scheck them out.Parking is not an issue- most of the time.Thanks.

Seems like Im in Home Depot several times a day do to remodeling the house. There are several days when Ive gone and I cannot seem to get any help because they need more people plus some of the people dont really know where things are it depends whether its through the week or on the weekend.

As usual with this location, it’s never simple. I grabbed the last two heavy duty shelf brackets from the box, neither had stickers/bar codes on them. At the cashier, I’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes for ANY staff member inside to come out so the cashier can show them the bracket, so they can go back inside to get a price. Because apparently the bracket isn’t in the computer, the cashier tells me. When she asked me what the price was, I told her I didn’t know, and she immediately sighed and rolled her eyes at me. I called her on that, and her attitude changed to being super helpful, then to completely ignoring me. This Home Depot is just not doing well. They are consistently low on stock, the staff can barely take the time to help, the list goes on. I realize these are tough times, but there just seems to be a lack of even the most basic courtesy here. I’m planning to go out of my way to shop elsewhere in the future. Not worth it to support my local store anymore. Sigh.

Ive had consistently good experiences with the staff here; many of them have years of experience in a variety of fields which gives them lots of insights into home maintenance, building, etc. Ill admit that part of the reason I love this store is because I love being in home improvement stores in general, but this one really is good. (And the Home Depot app is super helpful when looking for items in the store, too.)

Camarillo Home depot is always clean and staff helpful and friendly. I go an hour before they close and I pretty much have the place to myself.. store gets too busy during the day and i always need help finding what I need.. thanks guys ur awesome.

I was just there to buy backsplash tiles. No organization. None where they are supposed to be. Very meager stock. Have to go to Lowes for better selection and availability.

I’ve been looking for this trellis and on the website says they have in stock, so I went to Oxnard store about 3 times and they keep saying the have no storage and that their inventory was off, so I came to Camarillo store and again, on the site says they had, but this time AJ from garden dep went above and beyond to find the trellis I wanted, thank you for your attention and hard work.

No one is ever available to answer questions or help me. Its terrible but there isnt a Lowes in Camarillo

Idk if its me but I have a hard time figuring whats where...if there is a rhyme or reason for the order of things, it goes over my head. Went for replacement item purchased @ Home Depot about a year or so ago. Finally found a different brand, blades didnt look the same so ended up buying new brand handle and blades. Pricing was reasonable. If I remember right, items were in paint section. We use this scraper on floors & different wood projects, so item not in tools or flooring sections...paint section. Learn something new every day.

Everything look nice and clean and found basically what I was looking for. But when I went to go look at plants they were pretty smashed up and beating Dont know if anybody likes plants in that condition? But not me

I went online found 62 panel s at Oxnard store Two employees searching they couldnt find them after 45 minutes I called Camarillo store they had them so I went there. Also hard to find special drill tools very unorganized 30 minutes had to find help. Also got kicked out of isle for fork lift came back 30 minutes later then got kicked out again. Spent 4 hours at the store wasting time looking for stuff. I would not recommend home Depot.

They have become even more service oriented in the past year. At least at the stores in my area. Everyone is helpful. One person had clocked out but still spent 5-10 minutes explaining how to fix my problem.

Home Depot is good about maintaining their store inventory. If I am looking to buy an item Home Depot carries, I can go there and they will have it.

Fine if you dont need ANY help, but if you do save yourself some time and make the drive to that other place with the blue logo.I live in an apartment so my need to own power tools is limited to my drill/screwdriver. When my sons new platform bed arrived sans platform I needed to get some slats made quickly. This store is just accross the road but after spending 5 minutes trying to find an employee and then 30 more waiting for the correct employee to show up I was done. I knew from prior experience that HD doesnt do precision cuts so I was going to have to take my wood to my parents home to borrow their saw anyway - I went to a different store, got my wood and got all the slats cut for me in less time than I spent standing around this store. Ill go ahead and make the treak to the blue store that rhymes with Toes for my future DIY and building needs.

Good place for home supplies, staff were extremely helpful telling where things were. Got my roofing supplies and was out of there quick. Was not displeased.

Great location, you can almost get right off and on the freeway if youre in a hurry. Theres also a lot of other stores (Target, BevMo, PetSmart), restaurants (Lure), and gas stations (Shell) on the Las Posas off-ramp, so its a bit of one stop shop.The Home Depot itself is a good store, clean, has a bathroom (all the way to the right when you enter the store), good garden section and nice employees. Although is it my imagination or did Home Depot start hiring only young people or those who have never done any home improvements? What happened to the idea of them hiring professionals so you could ask them questions? Now its just blank stares. But not just this location, all of them (Lowes as well).

They have good prices & if you use the App it will show you exactly where the product is your looking for. Cant find a price, just use the App to scan the barcode. Home Depot is my go to place for all my needs with my home projects.

Went to the Camarillo Home Depot last night and the associate working in the Christmas light/ mid front section of the store made my shopping experience excellent. He helped me find what I was looking for (Christmas projector lights) and was very educated on the products.

A) Decided to place an order online and drive in to pick it up. b) Never received a text message nor an email from Camarillo Home Depot. c) As I ordered it online today, I went into the store in the Customer Service line for 6 minutes - no assistance. The first Home Depot employee stated that my online order was not a part of his Customer Service responsibility. Instead this Customer Service employee directed me to the other side of the store - in the front. d) Walked in and asked the second Home Depot employee I encountered if I could gain some assistance. The second Home Depot employee merely pointed to a third Home Depot employee who was assisting another customer. e) I patiently awaited her completion, provided her with the Order Number, and again, the third Home Depot employee said that I needed to wait for the next Home Depot employee to arrive at an unstaffed terminal. I waited. f) The fourth Home Depot employee arrived. I shared my disappointment with f1) Home Depot with all of its technology not sending me either an email nor a text message informing me that me order was ready. f2) The fourth Home Depot employee said that our system was down. After providing her with the Order Number, she went to one of the lockers and retrieved it for me. g) Be advised that if you order something online at the Home Depot in Camarillo, be prepared to be passed from employee to employee. Very disappointed and will look at Lowes in the future instead of Home Depot.

They are organized, employees are informative. Tool sales guy told me HD will not have the traditional Black Friday sales, due to Covid-19 past & present governance in California. Similarly the traditional sales at holidays will not happen. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day. Very sad.

This location used to be friendly and have good selection they have whittled down most of their product and their staff they have lost their semi friendly attitude and reverted back to the I have no idea Home Depot way of doing business which is find it yourself and for yourself pay for yourself.

Home Depot in Camarillo is very nice, its clean and mostly well stocked. My only problem is, there is not usually anyone around that you can ask about something, a particular item, or problem. The last two times I was there, I spoke to a customer who appeared to be a contractor, looking for something for himself. Yes, I know, I can go upfront to the customer service desk or contractor desk and ask the question. (After waiting) then to return to the aisle, to get the item I need. Then back upfront to wait to checkout. Sorry, home depot, most of us want someone to help us from the dept. that we are in. Also, why do, most of the home depot workers, walk right past you, always headed somewhere else, instead of asking did you find what you needed? The only reason that I rated them a three, is I spend twice as much time in the store, than I need too. Trying to decide which item I actually need for my project. Because, professional help, is nowhere to be found.

I had to pick up a door that I ordered online. It was in a large crate. The drive through personnel were so helpful to unpack and load the door very carefully into my SUV!! They were so helpful and professional! Thank you!!

I was finally able to get in and out of the Home Depot with out waiting in a line to get inside (about time). The line for the self checkout is still a little awkward but at least its manageable. Sarah at the self-checkout was very helpful

I had issues when I called the store when I arrived to pick up my on line curb side pick uporder. Not an option for that in their answering system. The text number thats provided on the sign didnt work well either.

Half the employees weren’t wearing a mask properly (nose exposed). One employee was wearing a mask made of sheer material, you might as well not even wear a mask at that point (think about if he had coughed, what would that “mask” do for you??). Felt unsafe and with such a crowded space I would not come again due to the lack of COVID safety considerations.

One of my All Time Go To places. Great product range and depth, good prices, responsive customer service, and easy/efficient returns. Only negative is the recent occassional long lines to get in, but thats not their fault at all...I blame all this pandemic madness

One of my favorite places to go shopping for more tools. The place is always kept clean unlike the Oxnard location. Besides clean is always nicely organized. The people are helpful and can direct you in the right direction. I tend to buy a lot of stuff and often have to returned stuff that I ended up not using. I am able to return stuff with no issues.

Their social distancing practices are out of control!!!no other store is doing what theyre doing. Lowes allows you in the store, allows you to do what you need to do and get anywhere you want.For contractors Lowes is much better. They dont have their contractor section closed. that way you could still get large loads out of Lowes unlike Home Depot.

This is easily one of my favorite places to get things I need. The only problem I ever have is getting them to match paint colors I need.

This home depot is amazing. We bought some patio furniture here. They had one last set on the floor, but it was missing some of the cushions. One of the employees Tiffany spend over an hour with me making sure we got a set secured at another store. She actually had to leave at one point to clock out and then came back out to make sure we were taken care of. Amazing Customer Service.

Boom in and out in under 5 min. Couldnt ask more from a store like this. Price is fair but was made up for by the smart nice person that welcomed me in. I asked where the storage containers were she told me and in under five min I was on my way. Love the self checkout as well. I will go back to this place.
