Store is always clean! Wish they had a bigger selection of fall decor but the fall swag I purchased is definitely real looking & a great start to 2021 fall season

This review will surprise no one Im sure. I found what I needed which was some acrylic paint for glass. Otherwise there is not one single reason to be in this store.

Great selection of art supplies, the only spot really limited I feel was the paint section, not a lot of different color variations to choose from.

Went for some custom framing and David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely wants to help you out. Highly recommend!

I went on a Friday night when the crowds were small. The service was quick and the cashier was very nice . I shop there all the time. Go online on their website for coupons and their weekly flyer.

Good crafts store with almost everything you need organized and well stocked for the most part.

Clean store.Clerk walked me to where I needed to be to get the product I was looking for. I was welcomed and greeted

So the flower section had 40% off Spring flowers prominently displayed. I picked out a number of stems and when I got to checkout, the cashier advised that the ones I had picked were not spring and that you have to look at the tag on each stem to determine if they were spring. Michaels just lost a really long time shopper.

The cashier wouldnt give me the 15% off for teachers appreciation week. There were literally signs posted in the store. Totally ridiculous

If you care about your picture frames dont go here.I went here JUST to get staples in my frame to keep the picture in.They added brackets drilling into my frame, and miss drilled once so I have Three holes not two for a bracket, I did not want brackets and stated so between 3 and 5 times to two different people.They added paper (okay no big right) but they cut the paper on the frame putting gashes in the frameThe staples..... They staples THROUGH the picture (on foam board), apparently this is standard practice for themI could have done a better job for a lot less myself but I had wanted it professionally done..... and they just messed the whole thing up.Yes I have called them, Yes they said they would refund my payment( waiting for a call back), Yes they say that a claim can be put in... but none of this should have ever happened, more care needs to be given at the time of work. On they phone they offered me a new frame, because they thought that the frame was from them, it was not it had been bought by my brother at a national park over 4 years agoI will be going in on the weekend to talk in person.

Staff was super helpful, especially the girl who helped, Amanda. I was able to find everything I needed for my crafts I was making for Christmas. I was even able to stay in budget

Did not have a good selection of many things. I searched for some things but couldnt believe the price!

It took 2 weeks to get two pictures framed and they are not cheap.. they did do quality work.

I love Michaels, I love crafting and they have everything. The people working are so nice and helpful.

One guy was wearinng his mask below his nose. ..I was moving back away from him bc he didnt mind getting close to others...the clerk asked me if I needed help and I told her what I was doing. She went right over and firmly, professionally told him that if he wanted to shop there he needed to comply with proper masking. I do appreciated that! I feel a level of safety in shopping there!

I love love love Michaels. But Corporate you have got to hire more staff. The Staff is always courgette courteous and professional. They keep the check pout line moving but there is NO ONE on the for floor to help. I remember when Michaels first opened. There were staff members on the floor ready to assist you. So stop your penny pinching you Corporate jerks and help you staff be even better because they wont be stl overwhelmed.

Love the new Michaels! People are great. And they even have a mobility scooter which is so helpful.

Not much for Holloween this yr.

I give my cashier a 5 star !!! I wish I could remember her name she worked Saturday August 1st around 5 ish. The line was long and it was just her and another employee and she held it together and was super nice. Signed me up to get coupons and everything . The 3 is because thats managements fail. Its not only a sale going on and its a weekend shame on you to leave 2 people like that. Management needs to step in when theyre short staffed.

I noticed they dedicated a few aisles to Christmas but only one little shelf for Hanukkah with nothing on it not to mention the stuff that was on it didnt even represent resemble Hanukkah. Only a few things to pick from and a lot of food items. Im not one to buy my Food from a craft store this is disappointing. I wish they had staff members who actually cared. Very unknowledgeable staff when it comes to certain projects. A great example is they didnt know 100% polyester shirt were available I knew they had a bunch of them sent a friend to go pick some up. They turned her down saying we do not carry this item. I had to call and tell them they had it where to find it and to hold them so that person can pick it up. Letting me down Michael.

I love michaels! The bigger store has so many new things added. Sales are all ways going on ~50% off Christmas stuff right now. Plus great coupons online, I got 20% extra off my entire purchase.

Great selection of copic markers. Not enough enamel paints for the model cars though. I was sad that I couldnt find a particular color I had purchased years ago, candy apple green.

Well organized and not many people which gave us a better sense of safety.

This store is so much better than there last location. So much more and more organized. It is easier to navigate and each sections has more selection than before.

Great store with plenty of parking. Certain areas looked picked over but thats understandable this time of the year. Cashier was nice and professional.

Largest selection in the Ventura valley

The store is pretty new so there is no reason why you can not look coupons up on the Michaels app and have not be able to since the store opened. Theit wifi is not usable. The store is well stocked with a lot of new thing but dont go often because of the wifi.

I like the new store. The layout is nice and the sliding display shelfs on some aisles are pretty cool. 4 stars becuase I was frustrated that they wouldnt match an online deal from their own website, however would match a competitors coupon. Makes no sense!

It is much larger than the old location near Trader Joes. It is so spacious, but Ventura seems to have a couple more collections.

Too expensive, no help on floor to answer questions. Finally an off duty worker helped me, saw my frustration.

I was really looking forward to going to the new Michael. I walked in to find it not even well-stocked and already definitely disorderly. I am across Stitcher and embroider are so I went to see how much Michaels would have in terms of supplies. I asked for directions back to the appropriate area and was directed correctly. In one place I found the DMC embroidery floss with the new colors. It was under the label yarn. For Isles over was the rest of the DMC floss. There were also standard embroidery needles that were already out of stock. Again, I was disappointed. I had hoped for more.
