Really helpful. Just keep inventory more updated I went looking for a spark plug and the guy in the front told me they were out and send me to Napa next door out of stock too. Went back to autozone to ask if a near by store had it then he went to the back and found one.

Had the most amazing experience with auto zone today. I just bought a car and was having trouble taking off the windshield wiper as they were old and rotted. JOSE the attendant was very helpful and eager to help me remove them. After about 15 minutes of struggling with the wiper blades he was able to get them off and help me choose the right ones. All in all my experience with AutoZone and JOSE in particular was excellent. Thank you JOSE!

Let me begin by saying that I am extremely grateful for the help that I received in this AutoZone store. I have never been treated as kindly with such friendly faces as I have in this establishment. My day began with my car, being unable to open due to a dead battery. Of course I have dealt with this type of situation before, and so I proceeded to jump start my car. The day continues, I arrive at my destination, and later, when I am leaving home, my car dies once again. I once again jump start my car, but I find the situation odd. A dead car battery TWICE IN ONE DAY?? I proceed to call a family member and they suggest that I have my car get taken to an AutoZone for a battery checkup. At this point in the day I am stressed and worried that my car will need some type of expensive repair and didn’t really want to go and find out what the problem would be. I walk into this AutoZone and I am greeted by Carlos. He tells me that he is able to check my battery to see if that is the main issue. He checks it and the device says that I have a poor battery. Because of the day’s events I am beyond upset. I proceed to ask him what I should do and if it would be wise to take it into a dealer or a mechanic. He tells me that they could sell me a new battery and even install it for me. I was beyond confused because I thought that the situation would cause me to not have my car for a few days if I had to take it to a mechanic, but he was able to replace my battery that very same day. He then showed me the status of the new battery and the device that indicated that my old battery was poor, then showed that the new battery was new and good to go. Carlos saved my car, time, and perhaps money and I will always go to this AutoZone before going anywhere else to seek car opinions.

I went here 5 times today getting tools for my coilover install (not a very experienced home mechanic).two times i forgot my mask. One time they provided me a mask, the second time they asked if I could keep my shirt over my face.the 2 times i needed their input on something they were very helpful

My daughter and I were doing an intense car maintenance weekend and Jose really helped us out gathering all the supplies we needed for 3 cars. Really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend.

Great customer service and they are very friendly to you and family and friends!!! If you have a red light check your engine come on your dash lights in your car take your car to them and they can hook up their machine to tell you what is wrong and print it up and this will save you over $100.00 at a repair shop!!! The people in this store have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I went there twice this week, and both times they totally exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed with a young man, I think the name on his name tag was Eric.

Available parts for pretty for most any car or truck a very knowledgeable team of employees that know what they are talking about not only that they come out and analyze what could be the cause that is making your automobile running poorly they will also charge your battery as well as look under the hood loan you some tools no charge and usually when the problem is detected they will get the part for you and if there’s something simple to install you could do it right there in your parking spot and they have a courtesy drop for your old oil to be recycled now that’s being eco-friendly as well I have been going to Autozone for many years and sometimes when you ask for a certain part they do not push the generic sale on you for the part you are looking for. I think you they are honest and want to keep you safe on the road and may recommend a direction for the original part which is very nice I will continue shopping there and troubleshooting the automobiles that I have and would like to say thank you to every location that I have been you guys are all great including the female technicians very friendly and very knowledgeable I’m part of a great team they certainly know what they’re talking about.

Went In just before they were about to close and Joe was very helpful he was knowledgeable of vehicles and gave me a good discount on all of my purchase also gave me some advice on different oils to use very recommended Anyone else would have probably not helped because they were about to close two thumbs up

Store has everything needed, every section is perfectly stocked. The bad side.. the wait at times can be a bit long due to being understaffed.I will still go back when I know I have extra time and I am willing to wait.

Its what it is you know. Sometimes they want to help you. Sometimes they dont. Sometimes people know what theyre talking about. Sometimes they dont want to talk to you. Its so inconsistent that unless I have no choice or I dont have enough time to go anywhere else Ill stop here. But I just got to other auto stores now.

Lately Ive been doing a lot of business with this Store, More than I like. Since Theyve opened Its been a good, clean, knowledgeable staffed store and if they dont have it, They will tomorrow. A wide variety of new and rebuilt parts at reasonable prices. Plus alot of Goodies (Bling) on the shelf for your Wifes car...

If your a decent mannered person you will find out the people who work there are pretty cool and will go out of their way to help.

The associate that helped us, insisted on retrieving the parts from the shelf himself. He returned with the most expensive option for each part without even consulting us. We knew this because we priced the parts online prior to arriving at store. When we told him this his helpful attitude quickly soured and he even became abusive to one of his employees.

This place is great!! I have been using AutoZone for 20 years and they are simply the best. I have tried other auto parts places but nobody can compare to the service you get at AutoZone. Autozone sold me an alternator that worked only when it wanted to and it cost me much. We went through 3 batteries & i had to spend the night in a parking lot one night. The alternator was under warranty, so they replaced it but i had to pay someone to take the old one off and put the new one on twice. Because theyre cheap parts made in China.

Always have had to wait for cashierSold me the wrong part for my car so I had to bring it back and they looked it up.. But they still were not clear..

I went to get my battery tested. Justin B was super helpful. He pointed to the real problem and some ways to fix it.

The service is helpful, but one of the guys there was rude and will put put your phone call on the speaker phone and all you private info, name, credit card number, exp, and security code will be overheard by all of us there.

I come here often, the service is always slow. I usually just need to check out. They dont have a cashier so twice I had to leave after waiting 15 just to buy oil. They dont care. If Walmart was closer I would just go there.
