Great deal on these Holiday Items (Taken: 12/15/2020)

They did have some huge discounts on major brands, however the staff was the worst i ever seen, to the point where she was purposely trying to be rude to each and every customer. She was really mean to this older lady who were there before me. When i asked her for the price of a perfume she said look at the price tag. There wasn’t a price tag, that’s why i asked. When i asked about other times and the discounts, again she was saying theres a sign, it says it on the sign. The price should be on it. She also yelled to keep my mask up, i had brought it down to smell the tester. Didnt catch her name. Petite, hispanic girl with a dark ponytail with mean eyes and black eyeliner

Got there at 3:20 pm, rude manager “Rocio Sanchez” was arrogant and kept the door locked from the public with a sign that said “be back at 3:15pm” when confronted Rocio closed the door and said she wasn’t going to open until her break was over. 1hr and 20 mins later another employee waits at the door and Rocio comes to open and later on she finally told us we could come in. This woman is ruining the experience we had at this wonderful store lack of professionalism at its fullest.

Staff is offensively rude. do better.

Sales person was rude. There was a tester that says test me so i tested. The sales person just rudely said you cant do that so I said they should remove the testers. She said thats why they were taped. Obviously, the one I tested was not.

This slow motion company store! Such a joke and the seals personal so incompetent!

I wish there was a 0 star option because I would definitely choose that one. 0/10, terrible service, terrible product selection, and the number online doesn’t even work.

Was in there to buy stuff for my wife and was not even greeted very rude associates no customer service skills at all they need to work on that people skills they were very rude will not ever shop there again I didn’t think it was true my wife told me not to go there people are rude but now that I went there to shop for my wife I can confirm that it is true what she stated the lady that helped me looked like she hated working there and had no people skills I will not shop there again nor my wife
